Never want to do anything always looking for an excuse hallways never maintain hasn’t been cleaned in 2 years nasty I had to throw laundry room garbage numerous times because the bag was full . Don’t Do It
Terrible maintenance dept. Those in charge are rude and disrespectful. I have waited over a year for a part for my window. They make appointments and then don't show up.No respect for other people's time.
Mr.Gozzi is a very great Landlord, maintenance is awesome and fast. Issues are resolved fast.
Horrible, had water damage since the month after I've moved in and they've done nothing. Maintenance man is useless. Now I have mold. Don't move here, these people don't care.
Very horrible and the owner Pete is very rude and ignorant, does not return security deposits even when the apartment was cleaner and better shape when moved out then when moved in, even took pictures, he keeps alot of security deposits from people moving out that I heard, also the apartments rent is way to much seeing that not many buildings are updated.
Overpriced!! Never parking spots and the maintenance guys are lazy bums, rude staff and apartments are old, great location but bad apartments.
