Coffee Time

For me best atmosphere this cofee time but close early also they start cleaning 5:3o pm they move table and chairs make to much noise Also negative employee

Have not been in a Coffee Time in years.
I ran in to grab donuts for the office. All the staff commented on how much bigger and tastier the donuts were compared to the hockey players donuts.
The next day we ordered breakfast and the employees agreed that the bagels tasted fresher and the sandwich over all was far better. I had a chocolate coconut chiller. Amazing I loved it. The best part the person in charge said to an employee if you are not sure please double check with the customer to make sure the order is complete and correct.
I am going to miss the hockey players coffee and donuts it was a game of chance we took bets at the office to see
How much of the order would be incorrect.
Thanks coffee time. Please open more locations.

That woman needs a hug. I go into the store a few minutes ago with an empty tea cup from Tim Hortons. I go to throw it out before I order my new coffee. The big case that holds the garbage can was open, the filled garbage bag was out on the floor in the establishment (not very sanitary I may add) and there was a new fresh garbage can right beside in the open. I didn’t want to touch the gross filled bag of garbage to open the bag and throw in my tea, so I toss my tea in the new fresh garbage can. The woman FLIPS out on me, I tell her to relax and she goes off even further. Please take the day off if you’re going to act like that. For goodness sake. Very disappointed - like Ma’am, it’s 10 in the morning … I used to frequent this place too. Sad y’all lost a customer. Take Care

I had a request for a special order of donuts. Everyone I dealt with was genuinely engaged, friendly and helpful. All communications were done quickly and accurately Of course the donuts were delicious!!

They are racist. This morning, a person who works there. The oldest female at the coffee time. She left me surprised by what she said to a group of Hispanics.
Next time, if you are not going to buy, don't come in.

I have seen another culture, they don't buy and they do not tell or say anything and they do not put notes in their language like in English, and other languages.

I do not recommend this location for business support.

The coffee has a very rich, creamy, and mellow flavour, which I find quite enjoyable. I've never tried any of their snack selections, because I don't eat sweets or junk food, so I can't speak to their quality. But the coffee is excellent! Better than Tims. For a place to be called, "Coffee Time," one would expect the coffee to be of sound quality.

The staff is really nice and friendly. They speak in Spanish to their Spanish speakers customers to make them feel comfortable. Such a perfect place to get your breakfast!
