This Gong Cha place is a total disaster! No air con, and it's hotter than hell inside. Couldn't even stand there for a minute. The workers looked like they were melting too. I came for a drink, not to sweat it out !
I ordered the Milk foam earl grey tea but it drinks like mix with washing liquid 🥲🤨, try to call and feed back but no one answers
Got the mango latte with mango pearls and standard pearls. Was not great at all. Just tasted like sugar water mixed with a bit of milk and then the mango flavouring from the mango pearls. Was expecting more freshness and mango puree at the very least. Drink was so underwhelming.
Yes, same for the rude lady with glasses. You should fire her, i also saw other complain about her. Her ugly face looks like everyone owe her money. She work on 29th September. Please confirm And fire this one, or you will lose more and more customers. Your yoghurt tastes like no yoghurt in it, just some fruit powder and water. Too bad.
Standard gongcha bubble tea place. Good variety of drinks. Great if you're already on foot, but if you're driving you'll likely need to park in Russell St as south st is always fill
The service here was pretty adequate and the drink was fine too. However not too sure what to blame but the paper straws could not handle the toppings of the drink. Became too difficult to suck and then gets to the point where the top becomes too soggy and breaks and then there’s no chance of the toppings getting through.
I normally come here to get cold bubble tea, very close to me and convenient. I also find parking is very easy next to the station, walking distance from the station. My experience been very positive, let me know what you think? What's your favourite drink?
