I often went there over week or Sundays because services was very good. We feel we were looking after.
But don’t know why. About 4-6 months ago, the quality of services were changed.
We feel we became transparent and no one realised we there.
This Sunday morning we went again. We sit there for about 10 mins but no one come to take order. The staffs talking to each others and laughing behind the bar.
We like the atmosphere but we hope the services will back to higher standards as before.

Just had the best ever high tea farewell party. Our group of 28 was too large for Artisaint so they hosted us at Onyx grill . The events coordinator Alex was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. They also gave us the best party host Mary. She was the kindest and sweetest ever. She was attentive to all our needs and nothing was too difficult . Everyone enjoyed the food and atmosphere and it’s the perfect place to host any event . Will definitely be back for more parties !
Nice ambience. Coffee is good; for a regular size (served in a smaller cup compared to other cafes) it is on the pricey side. Food is of standard quality; again on the pricey side.
May I just say!!! The best place to be with friends if you go out!! Like literally the people that served us were really nice and quick service! Very nice and clean place, and very quiet which I liked about it and it wasn’t packed!!! Sooooo would recommend to allll
Great food and awesome service. I had a late lunch with a friend. The guy who got our order and served the food was super attentive and nice.
For the food, ordered the mushroom pasta and it was delicious. Flavours were on point and the serving size was good.
The cafe also had a nice atmosphere and a lot of healthy options to choose from. I would definitely come back and recommend to friends!

Ever gone to one of those places where the restaurant seemed like a 5-star restaurant but the food was mid? Yeah, this place is just that.
Mediocre and overpriced.
The pancakes were unbelievably dry (and burnt), we struggled to finish it off. Would definitely not even pay $10 for them, let alone $22 frickin dollars. Bloody Maccas does better pancakes, learn from them!
The chai latte was AGAIN horrible. Couldn’t finish it off, what a waste.
The service was a better than the food they offered tho.

Staff couldn’t be bothered being attentive - on her mobile phone.
How can a basic chicken schnitzel can be that bad. Dry, overcooked mess. Salad was mixed cress and other salady bits with dressing on top. The plate was so small I couldn’t start eating without chips falling off the plate.
Would be nice if there was an option to add a sauce/gravy.
