The Coffee Emporium

I'm a fussy coffee drinker, I come here because the coffee never disappoints, also has good service and atmosphere, a place to sit and rest when you're tired from shopping.

Receive good customer service, and the seating area is very elegant and comfy 👌 as a pop-up cafe in between shops inside the shopping centre. Lactose free options were available as well.

Decent place to chill as it’s in a pretty quiet corner of Westfield. Iced long black was decent, mango smoothie was a little too ‘foamy’ (felt like you were drinking foam), iced coffee was great but a little too sweet.

XLNT Staff, my hot chocolate went a bit cold, asked one of the staff to microwave it for me. Tommy made me a new batch. Tommy is a well mannered and a polite gentlman.

I was about to be scammed here. The waitress serving me, she wanted to charge me $30 for two regular hot chocolates a small slice of blackforrest cake and a small tiny mini friand. Very hostile and hateful angry woman. Being older you would think she'd be nicer and more maternal not so angry. Just wanted leave to warn others it's crazy at this place thankfully went to the other cafe. They are much more reasonable and friendly I'm happy to pay $25 which i paid at other place but the service and food should be an ideal size and food should be of higher quality along with good service. Not too much to ask for.

Coffee was weaker than expected. The almond croissant did not have the almond paste/cream.

I think there is new management taken over, went to today for coffee the service was terrible ordered coffee and a croissant croissant Came our frozen I Proceeded to ask for a new one that is fresh they bought the same one out just over toasted s burnt. We waited 30 minutes for our coffee for it to come out COLD.. left our coffee and walked off . NEVER WILL COME BACK HERE.
