Doesn’t take AHCCS even if it’s through banners own insurance

This place has personal that is not professional at all. My wife of 33 yrs helped me go there to get help but they got here into filling out a petition and later never informed anything to her. She called continuos times but no one got back. The receptionists are rude and they dont transfer the calls. Once they do give the messeges the social workers will not inform much. It's like they're in a hurry to answer and the answers are rudely given. I was very frustrated because I have aphasia and I was never acknowledged of making any calls home.

They didn't do anything for me and I refused to eat and they didn't care, I had to lie to get out cuz I couldn't Handel the amount of anxiety I got from there

I love this place had to go here cause had a breakdown and crisis team took me here if admited they usually change your cloths to where scrubs for safety reasons then they bring you to a room which is pretty much just a chair that you have to sleep in which i had a very tough time sleeping in with my back pain sometimes they hold small groups usually by a mentor that works there now the only thing i didnt like was i told them i dont want to go to Sonora Behavioral Health Hospital cause of past event but what was funny after telling all the staff there i dont want to go there the person who works at Sonora Behavioral Health Hospital works here as well he prob. gets a tip or something for brining in more patients lol but other than that was an ok experience.
