Aster Clinic, Abu Shagara, Sharjah- Vaccinations, Health Check-ups, Attached Pharmacy

Very bad experience from each time visiting. The front desk staffs behaviour is unacceptable and its not knowing the needs of patient.
In a clinic somebody is comming for treatment for an emergency, not for watching cinema. The wait time is very long.
Medical insurance approval its taking very long. Each time when calling insurance provider, they are saying some things not clear from aster. The document submitted file is not opening.
In google closing time is till 11pm. But when i visited for an emergency at 9:45pm, they told me to go to aster hospital. What system is this? If somebody comes for emergency atleast it needs to be enquired.
Very very bad experience. This has been previously informed to aster review team also. Still no change. Very bad.
This review is regarding Aster Clinic, Abu Shagara

In the past I had a very average experience with Aster group Al Nahda and King Faisal branch.
However this week I happened to visit Aster Clinic in Abu Shagara and I must say, was really impressed with their quality of service, especially one of the customer service person by the name of Samjana, who literally went out of their way to assist and guide us through.
The Internal medicine doctor who I met; Dr.Biji Thomas, had a very professional approach by trying to find the root cause of my problem rather than just prescribing medicines like some others.

I would give less than one rating. Could you please explain why are there no substitute pediatric doctor in your and Butina’s branch clinic? I am surprised to call and know that there are currently not any pediatric doctor available in your two branches. I understand the doctors are gone for holidays. How about hiring substitute doctors for time being to facilitate patients like me who needs immediate service noting that my insurance is accepted in only two of these branches. Hope some thoughts will be given to this.

I recently had a wonderful experience at Aster Clinic in Abu Shagara. The entire staff, including Dr. Preetha Philip, was incredibly friendly and caring. I would especially like to mention Nurse Arya, who went above and beyond to assist me during my visit. Her exceptional support and kindness were greatly appreciated.

I met doctor Dr Peter Anto for my cough and chest pain. I reached here without taking appointment and even after doctor duty time he allowed to visit him which is quiet remarkable. And also special caring and informative Nurses are the backbone here. They gave me great consideration even at the late night time. Thanks to the clinic for wonderful experience
