Very bad service for Visa medical, i applied online for family medical and paid the amount, when visited the Ajman nauimiya branch they said 50 Aed extra when asked i paid full online and this is not mentioned online they said you visa file number is written without slash / hence we will reject and go to Ajman Hamidiya branch for refund. My family waited for almost 30 minutes.
Advanced Cure is one of the best medical centers in Abu Dhabi, where patient care is the top priority, following the highest principles of medical ethics. I say this because I have had the privilege of working with them, and I want to especially highlight the Radiology department which has excellent professionals. I highly recommend it!
The clinic is wonderful in the highest level of cleanliness. They have distinguished doctors who have high experience and respect for dealing with patients. They also have nurses with the highest ethics and dealing with patients. They have receptionists and employees who have high efficiency and quality in dealing with the patient, especially some doctors who have high competence.

I followed the instructions from Dr. Fatima, and after 6 months my cumulative blood sugar is 5.6. The exercise, nutritional schedule, and blood pressure were excellent, as was the accumulated fat. I thank the doctor for the efforts she is making for the patient’s happiness.

The services that I receive from (DSAM) is excellent. Special thanks to Dr. Fatemeh Aghanasiri and Dr. Khashayar Ghiassi. Very knowledgeable and kind. The staff are friendly. I would have no qualms in recommending them.
Dr Abraham Kallumannil is a stubborn doctor. He just want to prescribe the medicines that he thinks what is good for me. I rushed back home with a diarrhea because I had ibuprofen injection. I asked for voltfast/cataflam because it makes me feel better but he refused. I asked for panadol so I and my wife can use it instead he prescribed maxigesic even after I told him that she's pregnant and he said let her use it. Everyone knows it's very dangerous for the baby. He said I am a doctor I know she can take it. I did blood test then he said after the results we will see if you need antibiotics we waited for 40 minutes after that he prescribed antibiotic even when nothing was showing in blood test results, he said it's okay if you get worse just take it. He refused to prescribe deslortadine he said its either this or otrivin nasal spray. What kind of a doctor who keeps saying No! In a very rude way and showing off as is he graduated from Harvard. Never coming back again to this hospital nor nmc.
This is one of the best Medical Center where professionals will assist you throughout your entire medical treatment. You will feel that they do not do profiling and ensure thag patients will be treated with the best doctors and will be assisted by kind nurses. I highly suggest for GP/IM Doctor Fatemeh, she will guide you accordingly and will help you all the way! If you need to be referred to a specialist she will do so as well according to your concerns.
It’s going to be 2 years now I had an Arthritis problem I’m getting treatment and, a lot of changes getting cured thanks to Dr. Sowndhariya Velu she’s very professional and really thankful for her.

I consulted Dr Subramani Rajadurai for my back pain today. Doctor was very kind, listened to my complete problem patiently, explained the possible root cause and made me feel that I'm well taken care of in right hands. He went beyond and discussed about preventive medicines and exercise regime too. He explained my xray in detail to me which was way more than what I expected. I recommend him strongly. He is a great asset to be part of any ortho clinic.
I had check-up and follow ups with GP doctor Dr Faiza Jamil. She was very professional and would really explain details about what could be the reasons for the sickness, she gives advices and tips 😊 and she makes sure her patients are well aware of the tests and medicines to be given. She is also very approachable and cheerful. I really admire her dedication and care for the patients she has.

I had my laser sessions in Advanced Cure and is extremely happy both with the outcome and service . A big shout out to Sneharika for making my sessions so comfortable and ensuring I am at ease even in pain😊. Also she managed to complete my sessions on time by making sure I reach hospital at the scheduled date and time. She is highly professional and worth every penny for the quality service she offers.

While I haven't seen the final results yet since the procedure was done today, I already feel confident that I'm in capable hands. I've had an excellent experience at CURE. It was the only place I went to for different checkups and follow-ups while living in Abu Dhabi. Just super professional, convenient, high-standard but still very accessible.

She will make you feel so safe and supported, answer all your exhaustive list of questions with patience and remember your history very well. So grateful she took good care of me there.

I visited Dr Happy dentist. Just had an amazing experience with this doctor.I visited for a root canal treatment and i can't express how impressed i am. Not only was the doctor incredibly kind and helpful, but they also performed the entire procedure without causing and pain. Dr. Sanjay Udhani (Pediatrics) is great with the little ones and has been treating mytwins for the last 5 years but God help you if come under the care of the current nursing staff. My daughter required treatment/ drip and apparently the staff decided to wait for insurance approval to start treatment...
Then it took the nurses more than 3 attempts to start a drip line. That alone will scar a young child. Unfortunately she needed to use the washroom and had to undergo a repetition of getting a new drip line set up. I can see that my 5 year old will refuse to visit the doctors after this. I cannot and will not accept an excuse that it is hard to find a vein in young children. Nurses treating young children have to be highly skilled at their job and it seems this clinic is not bothered getting the right staff.
This clinic needs a serious review of its procedures whether it staff, wait times that can be in excess of 2 hours or treating a patient.
I am editing this review after my daughter who had a 720pm appointment was put on a drip. It is now almost 11pm and the staff has told us they cannot continue treating as the clinic is closing. I think the Sharjah Medical Authorities need to conduct an investigation as to why treatment was started and now has to be abandoned midway because riming of the clinic is a factor. This seems to me that the clinic took in a patient, made their money and now its closing time...so a 5 year old will go home with a partial treatment....WELL DONE NMC!!!!... And no I am not interested in talking with you via email or call center for what will be a patronising conversation.
I want to to see that a serious review of your policies and staff takes place immediately....

This hospital so far has delivered stellar service. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful (from the reception, doctor, nurses, lab and pharmacy). The service is fast, for every visit I was in and out of there in under 30 minutes. The hospital has embraced digitalization - they have a user friendly App, they emailed me all my lab reports and the doctors have consultations in person/online. The customer care is great, as they make calls to follow up on any service received. Kudos!!
I would give less than one rating. Could you please explain why are there no substitute pediatric doctor in your and Butina’s branch clinic? I am surprised to call and know that there are currently not any pediatric doctor available in your two branches. I understand the doctors are gone for holidays. How about hiring substitute doctors for time being to facilitate patients like me who needs immediate service noting that my insurance is accepted in only two of these branches. Hope some thoughts will be given to this.

I have been seeing Dr. Swarna Latha for my skin for around four months now. She’s extremely sweet and understanding and has helped transform my skin. I had seen many dermatologists at other hospitals, but they weren’t as helpful with the treatments.
However, Dr. Swarna was able to understand my condition immediately and prescribed me the right treatments. She’s also made sure to explain to me the side effects of the medicines and how to prevent them. She's made me feel very comfortable at all my appointments. My Sevear Back Pain led me to this Clinic. I met Dr. Karthick and he advised step by step procedure and then to do Physiotherapy. I received treatment from Ms. Gayathiri - Physiotherapist, who understands clearly the back pain level and treated accordingly and help me to regain mobility. Worst service ever ( ENT reception) it seem they are take patients more than there capacity. And in my case they took my Emirates ID and they ask me to wait until they register me. From 4:50pm to 6:10 no one called me. I go back to check with the lady who took my ID she don’t have it and she forgot to register me , she lost my ID & she inform me the clinic already closed ! And they kept me waiting .. although the waiting area are exposed to them and they can see me clearly waiting …

I recently had a wonderful experience at Aster Clinic in Abu Shagara. The entire staff, including Dr. Preetha Philip, was incredibly friendly and caring. I would especially like to mention Nurse Arya, who went above and beyond to assist me during my visit. Her exceptional support and kindness were greatly appreciated.
I visited the clinic recently with the complaint of low back pain which is radiating to left leg. I consulted Dr Subramani, he explained very well about the condition and advised for physiotherapy. Dr Suhana, treated last 3 sessions, she assessed me in a professional way and advised some specific exercises for my condition and now I got total relief from pain. A huge shout out to Dr Rishit of ASOP,Qusais. He is a very good doctor who understands his patients' issues, does accurate diagnosis and uses conventional treatment methodology for an effective recovery. He is very compassionate and clearly explains to his patients on the root cause of the problem and the most appropriate treatment for eradication of the same. Professionals working for long hours in the system and facing any sort of neck pain, muscle spasm and stiffness are highly recommended to visit him for immediate relief !

I recently had the opportunity to visit the clinic, and I must say that my experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I walked through the doors, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism, setting the stage for what turned out to be a remarkable journey towards healing and recovery.
The doctor are very good but the service that they provide to get the approval from the insurance is very bad
On multiple instances to get approval the story goes like this:
1- blood test insurqnce approval
2- physical therapy insurance approval
3- CT scan insurance approval
I have been told by the cure medical staff we are waiting for the insurance approval and after few days of waiting and after talking to the insurance company several times I find out that the claim has not be submitted it a delay from the cure medical staff or has been submitted with incomplete information.
All these days of delays and paper works to be corrected was from the the Staff at the clinic and not from the insurance
That part of service at Cure Medical Center is very frustrating and very bad services. It is waisting time for the patients and that I have never experienced in any other clinics or hospitals this kind of situations before.

PLACE IS VERY cosy, clean and and staff are very professional most specially the receptionist, the nurse assistant namely Lavie and the not to forget Dr. Challoob who explained everything so I can Improve my condition. I have been the patient of Dr. Faiza Jamil GP, she is very dedicated to her profession. She advice just like one of the family members. Her concern and suggestions for her patient is very much appreciated. She is one of the best doctors. She took her time and made sure i understood everything, was extremely helpful and kind. Would highly recommend to visit her if you visit this branch.

Last week, I had a negative experience with Maysaloon Clinic, which unfortunately repeated itself with NMC, and now with Sharqan Clinic. I visited Sharqan Clinic on a Wednesday to see a gastroenterologist, as the doctor was only available on that specific day, and had received a consultation and recommendation for a blood test. However, I am yet to receive any updates or a call back regarding my results and follow up treatment, despite reminding both clinics several times with no response. This has left me feeling like it's a business, as I had to book another appointment and pay for additional consultation fees just to receive follow up treatment.

I went for a watery eye and used some medicine recommended by the pharmacist. But didn't work. After the medicine from Dr. Jessy within one day it stopped. Great treatment.

Very decent center, except the counter staff they needs some customers services essentials or training. They will just keep you waiting although the counter is free. They need to smile more and show some hospitality

• First, Doctor Arif ( Opthalmologist) for all eye related problems.
No doubt, he is one of the best eye doctors in Ajman.
He explains the problems in detail and provides suitable and adaptable solution for it. I liked his unique way of approaching to the patients. The eye drops which he prescribes are always the same and honestly I didn't find any additional benefits of it!
* Visit fee is around 100 AED.
• Second, Dr Ali, He is also a great doctor as what I have heard from my relatives.

1• This place is really famous for the injections, even if you come with cold, injection is ready for you!
2 • The thing which I hate the most about this clinic is that, while treatment was ongoing, one of the doctors upstairs (don't want to mention his name) was talking continuously with his assistant nurse in MALAYALAM!! 😒
By seeing her expressions, It felt to me like she was passing some sort of comments for sure!
3 • There is an short old man ( Indian ) in the reception who is always rude no matter whom he is dealing with.
4 • AVOID THE FEMALE DOCTORS, one of the female doctors, ( don't remember her name but she is aged ) was overly rude when I visited with one of my family member, she yelled at me by saying "IF YOU ARE NOT THE PATIENT, GO OUT!!!"

An excellent location with gems founder at one side health center on other and residential villas to top it all. I strongly feel that this is an opportunity wasted. Could have been organized more appropriately by having a west zone super market and few food joints to top it all. Average is what I feel.

Most shops are not successful for this area where 95% are Emiaratis. Second thing, The Mall next to it (Mizhar Mall, the same owner) got the same type of shops. I think the mamngent has no experience in this kind of business.

The mall itself is decent at best and is only saved by the cafes here. I recommend Treatery, Eighties, and Glitch Cafe. My main complaint is the ridiculous state the restrooms are in. All the times I've been here, I've had to clean the toilet myself. There's a constant lack of toilet paper, and I can't find the janitors anywhere. Please refer to the pictures below and explain to me the logic behind this layout. Mind you, this was the cleanest toilet I could find at the time.
The New place to be in the Neighbourhood. Have decent shops and cafes. The 1st floor is dedicated for saloons and spa.
