Dr Kavita is an amazing doctor. She took great care of my during her pregnancy and especially during the delivery. She made sure that she was always there for us.

The worse clinic!! For insurance approval, we have to wait one week!! For blood test and MRI, we have to wait one week!!! Also the patient has to follow with them (call center) or site visit to check about the approval of insurance, otherwise they will not call you and share the status!! In addition, even if you come before you appointment, they will not see the doctor on time (my appointment was at 5:00pm and I saw the doctor at 6:00pm)!!!!!!!!!!!
During the toughest times which we have had to endure, the whole ICU team have been very transparent and clear in the communication. They are professional/courteous and skilled individuals. Also the level of patient family aftercare touches the heart. Just hoping for a positive outcome in the coming days. Also the security team are providing essential round the clock safety with a genuine smile. Thank you all no matter what!

Good hospital. Excellent knowledge for emergency room doctor's and Nursing department. Very clean and neat place. Housekeeping employee's are very helpful. Food services are excellent 👌. Overall quality excellent.
Had an emergency today, everything went smooth from filling out a form, getting to the emergency room to settling the bill. Staff and the doctor were friendly and professional. The ambiance inside was calm and organized. There’s plenty of spaces inside to sit, wait and relax. A coffee shop and high ceiling reception/ waiting area.
My dad had his surgery at Mediclinic city hospital and I am amazed with the service! The process was quick! The doctors were very professional and expert at their field. The nurses were all friendly and helpful.
