Had a couple of issues with the surgery and missing appointments, was a misunderstanding that’s hopefully cleared now.
Us humans eh. Quick to jump to conclusions and bring a place down without giving them a chance..
the surgery, Dr khan in particular, dealt with the situation very professionally and emphatically, understanding my vulnerability. And gave me another chance and reassured me that they are only concerned for my well-being and something happening to me.
If I’m being honest, this is most likely the best surgery in Bradford with the best drs. Thank you for all you do for us, and sorry you have to deal with difficult patients sometimes.

Absolutely shocking. Seriously people have to wait THREE MONTHS for certain medication. And has for the practice manager (or acting manager) she doesn’t listen. It’s not right that someone has to be in tears to get their medication. Medication I may add that helps them breath. Really not happy.

Great service provided by Dr A Khan & his team. Very professional & always (always) willing to go the extra mile. Cannot fault. Keep up the great work!

Fantastic family doctors and always wanting to help.. Will give you an appointment always when ever possible. Don't have a 2 min long opening message like some Dr receptionist out there.. Speaking of the reception you receive is always fantastic not like these other services where they act like they are Dr's themselves.. Honestly one of the best Dr's I have ever had.. Keep up the fantastic work guys.. You make us proud to he part of the NHS.. 👍

Probably one of the best surgeries in the UK or at least one of the best GP Surgeries I have ever come across. The doctors & nurses are brilliant, very caring & understanding. You get enough time with the doctor to discuss your concerns & are never rushed. Every doctors at this surgery care, receptionist are prompt. I have joined this surgery approx 8 years ago after getting fed up with my previous surgery, I am glad I have joined this gem of a surgery. The only thing is they should open up their advance online booking services as they used to do prior to lockdown as it can be difficult for working class ppl to call in at 8am & wait on the phone for an app. Over all would recommend this surgery to everyone.
