Have to do a bit of haggling, that's a must!!, but worth it to get very fresh fish. Then off to the back to have the fish cleaned (if you want them to do it, but you pay for that). And right next door, a little shop with fresh fruit and herbs at great prices!

Definitely a fun local experience! You buy the fish inside the market, have them cook it. Go find a seat outside and they will bring it out to you.
This is one of the most charming places in Dubai. Shops are the same as everywhere else, but the atmosphere of a recreated old desert city and restaurants overlooking the Burj Al Arab are transferred to an Arabian fairy tale
Great selection of fresh fish and the staff were knowledgeable about taste, texture and cooking method but prices are on the expensive side and they don’t like hagglers! In the building next door there is a great service for cleaning the fish for an extra charge.
