I will always be thankful and grateful to Dr Rekha soni...its almost 10 yrs she has been my family doctor and more like family ...she understands our health issues so well and what a patient looks in doctor is patiently listening to their problems...very polite person.

The receptionist will not help you at all. One of the worst services I ever have and my expectations were low. They do not treat us well, my wife had a severe pain in the abdomen and they dismissed us like garbage

I waited for for 2 months to see this doctor, gave me 3 weeks of pills and never even followed up to see how things were going. This place is a joke

I have been seeing Dr. Jansma for nearly 20 years now and she has always taken care of my routine check ups and any medical concerns I have. She is professional and has a calm demeanour. Her staff are friendly and always on time. I appreciate her care of me all these years. Thank you!

I see Dr. Wash, and he's taken excellent care of me. Dr. Wash is an extremely knowledgeable chronic pain specialist. I have two chronic illnesses and he's been immensely patient with helping me untangle them. He's patient-focused, compassionate, and humble, and will always give you as much time as you need during an appointment (even if he has to stay late! I think he works too hard). And he listens carefully when a patient talks about side effects or worrying symptoms, or has reservations about a treatment plan. Unlike many other doctors I've seen, I feel as if he's working WITH me, instead of just telling me what to do. Thanks to Dr. Wash, I'm still on my feet, able to walk around, and living well; I doubt I would be without his help!

My partner sees Dr. Jeffery, also at this clinic. He's helped him manage his chronic migraines and depression quite well. I haven't had an appointment with Dr. Jeffery myself, but can report that he really goes over & above as a doctor. He'll often spend extra time looking things up for patients or trying to find better solutions for issues, even if they're already solved.

I have been coming to this clinic since June 2022. I have always been on time. I think I ran late once but I could be mistaken. It’s about 30 minutes away from where I live. I have always waited to be seen the by doctor between 10 to 20 minutes every single time. I was 10 minutes late to my appointment today and I didn’t call because I didn’t think I was going to be that late and I was driving knowing that if I had so stop to make the call, it will take me longer to arrive. The receptionist was passive aggressive and unprofessional in her communication with me. It’s not just what we say, it is how we say it, too. There was zero consideration to the efforts I have been making to get to my appointment, how I have always been on time or how I will be waiting one week to get a prescription I need. The receptionist’s approach lacked hospitality, but most importantly, it wasn’t neruodivergently* informed. Please, train your staff to treat people with respect, dignity, and compassion, and when you have multiple complaints regarding the same employee, please, hold them accountable..

I use to absolutely love this clinic until I met the rudest receptionist in my entire life. Short rounder colored women with long black curly hair and glasses. OMG so rude! Had an attitude the entire time!
