Jeff Walsh has, by far, been the best, most considerate insurance agent that I've worked with personally as well as professionally. Jeff's level of customer service is outstanding. He is competitive, responsive, professional, and always more than willing to help find solutions to tough situations in a timely manner. I've never had an email go unanswered and he offers an actual office phone number rather than a generic 800 customer service number. Because he has helped a great many customers in my industry, I decided to make the switch to Jeff for my own personal policies and have never once regretted that decision. He takes as much time as needed to explain policies and answer questions until there is complete understanding. I have never had an experience where he didn't act according to a customer's, or my own, best interests.
I work with Meridian for both my business and personal insurance needs. I am extremely happy with my experience with Jeff and team. I'm a fan.
