My family loves it. They have programs available for all age groups almost everyday.

Not enough places to sit upstairs. Staff stands around talking loudly even though upstairs is supposed to be a quiet place to study. Parking lot is very crowded. Pros: you can use the computers and printer

Loved this place! So great for younger kids too, you can just leave them there and they ll have a great time! The staff is wonderful, the books are plentiful, and it feels so safe to just hang out here with family.

I live in Burlington, MA. I have a son that I take to the library events since he is a baby. Right now, he is 4 years old and during these 4 years, unfortunately I havent seen any changes or improvements to the children’s library events. It is the same old same old activity and craft. Not teaching almost anything to little ones and yet we also go to Woburn and Billerica library and they have great programs for kids much less staff than ours. We clearly pay enough taxes as Burlington seems to be having the most employees for childrens department compared to Wilmington Lexington Billerica and Woburn public libraries. I love all these libraries expect our own library, Burlington! Do I have to go all the way to these towns when our own library is 5 min away from my house! Please add more events for children and improve current children programs. Thanks.

A good public library that offers programming for both adults and children. They have kits for preschool children on potty training, dinosaurs and a wide variety of other subjects. The selection for adults is very good. They have been run in person and Zoom programs for children and adults. They have started game nights, Trivia nights and painting classes.
