Saw Dr Allan yesterday and he was the kindest GP I have ever had. A bit of compassion goes a long way and he was very reassuring to me. I've had some awful experiences with GPs (different surgery), but he has restored my faith a bit - thank you!

We've been with these doctors since we moved to the area in 2019 and have since had two kids who are also registered there. Always been able to be seen/spoken to if needed, they're great with kids and the various vaccinations they've needed. Reception staff are really friendly and professional as our all the doctors we've seen. Very grateful to have them as our local surgery.

I've been at north camp surgery for 6 years, and all staff, doctors nurses, our friendly and helpful, and helping medical care has been coming regularly appointments,

Do not register here ... totally incompetent staff.
Will try anything for you not to see a doctor. When I rang the receptionist, she tried to refer me to a physiotherapist, I stated I wanted to see a doctor, it turns out she then booked me to see a clinical practitioner ( whatever that is).
I arrived Ten minutes EARLY for my appointment and booked in using their automated service ... I then sat around for 40 minutes. Then I heard the receptionist talking to the clinical practitioner, saying I was LATE and they wouldn't see me!! I was then asked to give a urine sample and they would book me I'm later that day. What on earth are this clowns doing... without even seeing me telling me I need to give a sample ( in a public forum I hasten to add so everyone else could hear my personal information). No one had even seen me or asked my symptoms, to which the clinical practitioner said he had been briefed ??!! For all he knew my leg had fell off!!!
Absolute bunch of unprofessional clowns.
Receptionist acting well above her qualifications , clinical practitioner diagnosing me , without even seeing me ... then saying I could go to A & E ... What on earth sort of service is that, palming a patient off to an already over subscribed hospital department... plus I'm sure they will still claim off the NHS ( tax payer ) that they saw me !!
A day without pay, petrol and my valuable time waiting for .... a disgusting service.
I am now moving doctors ... I say doctors with tongue in cheek , more like a circus act.
People who join the medical services surely want to help people and provide a worthwhile service .

I am really impressed with the level of service I have been receiving from the Doctors, Nurses and the reception staff. I have had multiple visits recently (2023) and have been dealt with efficiently and with care and compassion.

I've been here 3 times now, just to get registered. Each time I'm met with the grumpiest most uninterested Blonde Lady on reception who simply hates her job, it comes across in the way she talks to me. The face of the NHS

This surgery is second to none! My health and my family are in good hands for sure. Admin and reception staff are pleasant and very hard-working!
