I was pretty impressed when I drove through this community. I didn't get a vibe that it was full of crumbs. More people kept there places looking nice than not. I'm looking for a quiet clean community. I'm into peace and balance. I didn't see that at many other mobile homes some gave me anxiety. I don't live at this park but I gave 4 stars for the effort people put into maintaining their homes curb appeal well done. If any homes are available I'd love to check them out.

It is a lot nicer since it became a senior trailer park, no more loud parties and B.S. going on. Still a lot of older trailers but improvements are being made.

I have lived here for 12 years now really love it here the lot rent is very fair and everyone is very nice and friendly all my neighbors are very nice and very helpful and are always willing to give me a helping hand and everyone look's out for one another and everybody help's protect each other's properties it's a 55 and over mobile home park so it's very peaceful and very enjoyable to be a member of this community

Looks very well kept and I’m currently looking for a place right now and White Oaks looks to be my favorite place right now! I have been looking at so many and not one comes close to the neighborly, clean and the homey feel I get from White Oaks!!

Amy and Don are the park managers. They are the best kind of people you will find. I used to live there. The has park always been professionally kept and issues resolved quickly. Hoping to get back there some day.
