Llegamos sin mascarilla por olvido y al pedírselas no nos dieron ni respuesta. Se hicieron los locos, obligándonos a ir a comprar unas a la farmacia. Creo que la cuota mensual del seguro puede cubrir una mascarilla o de no ser así, al menos que den respuesta a los clientes y no hacer como si no existieramos.

I am a Canadian citizen living in Jaen until May 2024. Adjustment has been an absolute nightmare in some regards, but I honestly have to say having complex medical diagnoses in a foreign country where I do not speak the language…. Has been so humbling. This time of year is difficult to be away - especially away from family/friends - so the anxiety and worry I feel adds to my medical condition triple fold. I was seen today for yet another medical issue today and I was greeted with humanity and kindness by all who helped me. I also love Google translate so much. It’s helped me ALOT since my Spanish is limited. As a registered nurse or 10 years, I encourage those who face medical issues to take a minute and reflect before writing these reviews - people are just human beings and although we strive for greatness - most of the time we fall short merely due to things out of our control. I give 5/5 stars for the compassion and gentle approach with a worried sick young lady who’s Spanish is at a Dora the explorer level. I thank you from the bottom of my heart. Each of you make a difference - I hope you know that :)

Te dan cita para el médico de cabecera para una semana después, vamos igual que en la seguridad social ! Ya para que ..

Llevo llamando varios días para pedir cita para el seguimiento de mi embarazo, ya que me lo están llevando exclusivamente ahí; a más de 100km de mi localidad, porque es el centro más cercano, no me cogen el teléfono y cuando me lo cogen me dicen que no pueden darme cita para la semana que me corresponde; que tengo que esperar un mes más… un mes más para algo que sabemos que lleva sus procedimientos y cuando la doctora solicita esa cita (la doctora un encanto y súper contenta con ella, la verdad).
