“I’m not serving alcohol right now unless I call a manager over.” This gem plus general sloppiness and unprofessionalism.
The rice to fish portions were on point. My kids love the spicy crunchyrolls. Staff was attentive and ask me if I needed help. Over all this establishment have the best sushi deli. Would recommend and will go back.
The sushi is SO fresh and delicious. It was so fun to watch the chefs create the sushi I ordered!
Look, I realize that you can’t expect world class sushi (or even average) in Minneapolis. But my experience at Hissho sushi was just awful. The “roll” wasn’t even put together. It was just a pile of rice and some fish. I’ve never been served sushi this way before. Price was around $25.

Advertise you have Veggie Ramen but don’t!! never back again!
Mostly rice with a little bit of vegetable and almost no fish. This is some of the worst sushi I have ever had. There are better options locally. If you are going the super market route the sushi that Kawalski's sells is far superior.
