The Avenue is the best place to live in DC. Both the apartments and common areas are renovated and in perfect conditions. On top of that, the team is always helpful, from the moment you arrive to see the place for the first time to your experience actually living there, they are permanently looking for ways to have things running perfectly. Big shout-out to Michael and Sam!

Mesha and the rest of the maintenance team have always been super helpful and timely whenever I've put in a maintenance request, even coming in after hours on call to help fix a hot water issue!

The maintenance staff, especially Mesha, are top notch. They effectively communicate, work around your schedule, and even put in some time to ensure my (very) anxious dog felt comfortable with their presence in the apartment! Within 24 hours the problem is fixed. After hours and on weekends they work to come in for emergency fixes. I am very pleased with all the staff members that have worked on our apartment!

I lived in The Residences on the Avenue in Foggy Bottom for many years, and what stuck out to me most aside from the clean facilities was the front desk person, Sam. Sam was timely and efficient when it came to package reminders, he greeted residents and their guests cheerfully every day and he even learned many of their names and personal stories, which truly made me feel at home. His organization skills allowed for my move out to go as smoothly as possible, even during moments of high stress. I am very thankful for my many years at this apartment building and Sam made my experiences in my first apartment the best!
