I know that I was looked at on an individual stand point and my program was geared towards what my needs were with my best interest at heart. I really like that they are really flexible and willing to work on difficult scheduling issues.
The Staff, especially Christine, is top notch. The service is excellent and their experience level shows in the content of the workout. They are very knowledgeable and courteous. Although this type of training may cost more than a membership to a large fitness facility it is worth the money and you get good value for your dollar spent. You can’t beat it.
