The price of a Boustan wrap meal has gone up from less than 15 bucks to 20, so it's forty bucks for two people, plus tip and tax it's closer to 50... for two wraps, a drink and potatoes... which is regrettable, but somewhat predictable, as inflation doesn't seem to stop, however this is also dependant on the greed of the company if it seems like it's gone up too much. I don't have that info, couldn't say if that's what's happened with Boustan.

However what's really the worst part of it is the quality; it's far worse than it ever was when I first moved to Montreal. The taste, and ingredients have taken a hit in quality, and I don't know if maybe they just had a particularly bad day this time, but it has been really underwhelming the past three times I've been.
This is gonna be the last time I ever eat Boustan, and I never thought I'd say that haha, but they used to be a staple for decently priced, good food... and now there's just no reason to go. What a shame, let's hope the future is brighter.

"I ordered chicken pita sandwiches today and unfortunately, they were burnt and the taste was not good at all. The charred flavor was quite off-putting and made the meal unpleasant. The quality of the food did not meet my expectations."

Worst Service Ever! I had been long time customer at Boustan - Rue St Hubert, eating here almost every week, and today March 30 at 22hrs, i just got the worst service ever from a very rude and arrogant guy at the counter who was giving attitude with my order and wanted to charge extra. The sad part is the guy who was at the cash who suppose to be the supervisor and knows me very well as frequent customer didn't do anything. I recommend to avoid this place, and look for another alternatives or chose another Boustan in another area. I think the franchisor should supervise closely with the store's owners what type of employee they hired, not everybody is made to serve customers.

The service is worst here. People here treat customer with disrespect. I had ordered food online for pickup, but I got there after 15-20 minutes, they hadn't even started preparing my food. They told me that there was no notification sound, so they missed my order, which defy the whole point of ordering online for pickup. Since they hadn't started yet and i had to catch a bus, i asked to cancel the order and refund the money. Initially they declined to cancel and return money. After requesting, they were returning money, but not the tax on the order. I asked that if i am cancelling the order, i am supposed to get all money back, including the tax. And they declined to return my tax money on the order. They treated me with disrespect and i had to really fight for my money back, when it was their mistake to not prepare my food in the first place. In the time it took me get the money back, i missed my bus and had to wait extra 30 minutes in cold outside for the next bus.
They were really disrespectful especially after messing up my order.

It's as if they enjoy messing up customer orders. Had 3 recent orders delivered incorrenctly with no garlic in the sandwich when I specifically noted and stressed extra garlic in the sandwiches. One of my orders arrived with the sandwiches' bread burned and I couldnt refund.

I don't recommend for you this restaurant, just walk few km maybe 15 minutes you will find another boustan, which make you enjoy ur meal, here the stuff are unprofessional and no respect. I order an order to pickup I was waiting a long time, they were laying to me ur order is preparing juste give us 5 minutes, and finally 5 minutes jump to more than 30 minutes.
It is an advice from me go to another restaurant to enjoy your meal.

Last 3 orders, no notes were followed, not even where you select what you want and don’t want in your bowl, none of that was followed. We both asked for no salad, and OVER HALF the bowl was salad as well. Asked for potatoes and there were NONE. This keeps happening. If you want to make every shawarma bowl filled with salad, then please advertise as such and explicitly mention that there cannot be changes, so we don’t bother getting screwed over again and again
