I came here to send postcard to other countries. They have so many counter so the service was really fast. Staff was helpful and they can speak English which helped me a lot. They will show you the price and let you check if the address is correct. I will go back to this post office again because of their service.

All of the officers were super nice and patient with our questions as we had to send a lot of different things to four different countries in three different continents😂.
Thanks for giving us such a nice experience in a Taiwanese post office!

I'm very relieved Chunghwa is so reliable. I sent 3boxes of used clothes to canada mid November and I got them end of January. It costed me around 1800-2000 depending on the weight. They also sell sturdy boxes.

To those sending things back home from Taipei, you don't have to worry because they give you detailed tracking and I've been on that site every so often and I get good enough information for where my package is. I also did not need to pay any duty or taxes because I was sending my used personal clothing (which you need to declare on the slip). Returning back to Canada I did not need to declare anything at boarders.
