Thats some really bad reviews. Thanks to the community I can avoid this place.

I visited MidEast Polyclinic in al rigga branch and that Filipina receptionist proceeded my Consultation even i told her to cancel it because they doesn't have GYN. I visited in Nmc clinic i can't proceed my Consultation because she didn't cancel which made me suffer. I have to go back to her to inform her to cancel it in the system and i have to go back again in NMC as customer service insurance advice. I can understand might be she forgot because of more patients but that time we are just 2.

Very poor service, actually you cant call it service because no service at all... i cant even give 1 corner of the star to this establishment especially the GP who attended us Hamdy Ali doesn’t know anything... without checking, he will start the patient to go out from his room... i dont know like this people got a license?? Very unprofessional... as per my experience I totally give this 👎🏻...

I visited the clinic this morning (past 8) unfortunately no GP available and will only be there during evening time. I was advise to call them prior to coming back which i did and they responded that GP is already in there. Unfortunately, upon reaching the reception i was advise that they are having system problem and that the GP cannot entertain patients. I was then informed to schedule tomorrow. YOU CANNOT ASK PATIENTS TO RESCHEDULE THEIR CHECK UP SPECIALLY IF THEY ARE SICK!!!!!!!!! PLUS YOU COULDVE CALLED ME ON THE NUMBER IL LEFT THE MOMENT YOU HAVE HAD ENCOUNTERED PROBLEM WITH YOUR SYSTEM!!!!!!! YOU GUYS ARE THE WORST!!!!!

The receptionist is very rude. It sounds like she doesn’t want to entertain phone calls.

The only person with a human heart in this clinic is the Phillipina reception man. They have a nurse who really deserve not to even work with animals!! The staff are really just horrible!
