Good afternoon! I was very impressed with this clinic. I have been living in the UAE for 5 years and during all this time I have not seen such a quality of service as in this clinic. From the very beginning, I was struck by how CLEAN the clinic was. I was also very impressed by the fact that there are Russian-speaking workers and doctors. I want to say separately that the staff and doctors very patient and friendly people. I went for a consultation with Dr. Vadim and for a facial cleansing to Dr. Nattela.The examination went fine, they told me the reasons and prescribed a good remedy for my problem.But the facial cleansing was just perfect, the whole process was very high quality and surprisingly painless. A wonderful clinic, I advise you!
For the first time, I have visited Ibn Sina Medical for my teeth cleaning, and had a very good experience. Very friendly people and accommodating. But of course thank you so much to Dr Sharmaine, she really did a great job. Really satisfied with the service and she is a nice person. Had my 4D ultrasound scan at Dona Medical Centre to see our baby at 30 weeks of pregnancy and it was amazing!. we clearly see our baby. A big thank to Dr. Sawsan. She is one of the best Gynaecologist I met and well experienced. She is calm and approachable. Since we couldn't see our baby' s face during 1st visit, she gave another appointment free of charge to do the scan again. Medical facility is very clean and it has professional staff. Easy to book an appointment.

The clinic is wonderful in the highest level of cleanliness. They have distinguished doctors who have high experience and respect for dealing with patients. They also have nurses with the highest ethics and dealing with patients. I suffer from diabetes, high blood pressure, and cumulative fats. By God, my cumulative blood sugar is 8.6. I followed the instructions from Dr. Fatima, and after 6 months my cumulative blood sugar is 5.6. The exercise, nutritional schedule, and blood pressure were excellent, as was the accumulated fat. I thank the doctor for the efforts she is making for the patient’s happiness.

The best clinic I've been in Dubai so far!! I had my 4D scan and the experience was amazing! I appreciate Dr. Sawsan's patience since our baby gave her a hard time but Alhamdulillah she's able to capture a great shot. The clinic is so elegant almost like a hotel feels. This is one of the best Medical Center where professionals will assist you throughout your entire medical treatment. You will feel that they do not do profiling and ensure thag patients will be treated with the best doctors and will be assisted by kind nurses. I highly suggest for GP/IM Doctor Fatemeh, she will guide you accordingly and will help you all the way! If you need to be referred to a specialist she will do so as well according to your concerns.
It’s going to be 2 years now I had an Arthritis problem I’m getting treatment and, a lot of changes getting cured thanks to Dr. Sowndhariya Velu she’s very professional and really thankful for her.

Customer service at this clinic is very unprofessional and incompetent. They keep changing the rules, the prices and keep double charging. The admin that takes care of the booking got my name wrong, refused to explain the situation with the overcharging or explain anything at all for that matter. Very poorly mannered and unprofessional staff. Like ridiculous clinic….
staff receiption area is very bad , without knowing the issue he just said my system is not working!!! i told him u didnt even asked me what is the issue ! he said ya thatts set !!you should hired people with a good maner and knowing how to deal with patients!!
I consulted Dr Subramani Rajadurai for my back pain today. Doctor was very kind, listened to my complete problem patiently, explained the possible root cause and made me feel that I'm well taken care of in right hands. He went beyond and discussed about preventive medicines and exercise regime too. He explained my xray in detail to me which was way more than what I expected. I recommend him strongly. He is a great asset to be part of any ortho clinic.

This clinic has the worst appointment booking system I have ever experienced their gal receptionist is grouchy and no courtesy call is made if the appointment is cancelled or rescheduled. it was not once but twice. if I did not have a good doctor in the clinic to whom I'm being treated I would never have come to this facility. It would be helpful if management could investigate the reception area team and train them.
I visited the clinic recently with the complaint of low back pain which is radiating to left leg. I consulted Dr Subramani, he explained very well about the condition and advised for physiotherapy. Dr Suhana, treated last 3 sessions, she assessed me in a professional way and advised some specific exercises for my condition and now I got total relief from pain. Also thanking physiotherapists Ms Gayatri and Mr Ashish who treated previously.

A huge shout out to Dr Rishit of ASOP,Qusais. He is a very good doctor who understands his patients' issues, does accurate diagnosis and uses conventional treatment methodology for an effective recovery. He is very compassionate and clearly explains to his patients on the root cause of the problem and the most appropriate treatment for eradication of the same. Professionals working for long hours in the system and facing any sort of neck pain, muscle spasm and stiffness are highly recommended to visit him for immediate relief !

He goes on to state ‚you Africans always have this problem?!‘ and decided right there that I have Ulcers, which he did not test for (and btw I do not have). I feel I was not take care of and was racially discriminated after asking for a test to find out what the problem is he states there’s no need because I don’t have insurance! And has offered me medication and said if you still feel pain come back after 6 days and you won’t have to pay the consultation fee!! Excuse me?! Come back again to find out what’s wrong with me when I am presently asking for a test I did not refuse to pay?! To me this is the most disrespectful person I have ever met in this Dubai and waste of my time, I will never come to this place knowing that client and patient care is at 0.

I recently visited this Clinic in Jabel ali freezone and I was very impressed with the care I received. The clinic is clean and well-organized. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and the doctors are knowledgeable and compassionate. I was seen promptly and my concerns were addressed thoroughly. Really good atmosphere. Staffs are suportive. Patient prioritizing on basis of first come first serve and also based on sickness severety. Really hopitable. I wish they would have improvosed to a hospital from clinic. Even for medical insurance the staffs were so supportive especially there assistant manager at that time
After making an appointment for a procedure, I asked administrator to provide me the doctor's educational background, in response the clinic's admin refused to answer on the question in rude manner and cancelled the appointment. The only reason, I can assume, why it was so - because the clinic provides poor service with uneducated staff, so be careful. I also guess that five star rates with the same comments are fake.

From the moment one enters the clinic all the staff is really attentive and caring. I've been dealing with sun marks and skin issues for a long time but I'm feeling a difference here.
My experience with MSM Proderma Clinic has been amazing. The staff are so friendly and accommodating. Irina is phenomenal. Very honest, professional and knowledgeable. The endosphera experience is definitely my favorite and it gives amazing results. I highly recommend this clinic as a whole.

Poor customer service, patients being kept waited for more than 1 hour and after proceeding also very lagging, i have spend almost more than 2hours for consultaion and other paper works... Really bad experience.
sharing my experience at DMC, Had my First 4D ultrasound scan and it was amazing!. we clearly see our baby, dr. sawsan she is the best, calm and ,approachable. .Very Clean facility, professional staff easy to book an appointment . ❤

First of all i would like to say A lot of Thanks to Dr. FAWAD QASIM at Karama Medical Center DIP 1 Branch to bring my confidence back to me about the High Blood pressure problem which i was suffering from last more than 2 years at Aster Medical Centre, He is a excellent person and doctor who have bundle of knowledge how to treat a patient. Thanks once again to bring my High Blood Pressure to normal,,,, feeling very relaxed whenever I meet him, i feel like i m in safe hands,,,🙏🏻

I visited at 9:30 and waited for long time.
Front desk staff sent me 2 to 3 times to pharmacy and was not able to take approval for my injection.
But when Mr. Digvijay took the charge he solve my problem in 2 min.
He is very very fast and knowledgeable in his work.

Dr.Butaney is one of the Best doctors in town. May God bless him abundantly and may Doctors like him grow in numbers.

An excellent location with gems founder at one side health center on other and residential villas to top it all. I strongly feel that this is an opportunity wasted. Could have been organized more appropriately by having a west zone super market and few food joints to top it all. Average is what I feel.
Most shops are not successful for this area where 95% are Emiaratis. Second thing, The Mall next to it (Mizhar Mall, the same owner) got the same type of shops. I think the mamngent has no experience in this kind of business.

The mall itself is decent at best and is only saved by the cafes here. I recommend Treatery, Eighties, and Glitch Cafe. My main complaint is the ridiculous state the restrooms are in. All the times I've been here, I've had to clean the toilet myself. There's a constant lack of toilet paper, and I can't find the janitors anywhere. Please refer to the pictures below and explain to me the logic behind this layout. Mind you, this was the cleanest toilet I could find at the time.
The New place to be in the Neighbourhood. Have decent shops and cafes. The 1st floor is dedicated for saloons and spa.
Very good community centre.. Mall has well diversified list of retails to shop from.. Very good ambience.. A good place to hang out...
