Civic Centre Car Park

I rang to enquire about opening times for a concert I will be attending at the Halls. Not only was it a surprise that someone actually answered the call but the person I spoke to was very helpful, polite and friendly. For information, the car park is open until midnight when there is an event at the Halls.

£12.50 to park during a gig is steep. You ain’t Birmingham. If you charge these prices to take advantage of gig attendees, maybe provide extra payment options such as app, so customers don’t have to queue for over half hour to pay.

Nice car park with plenty of spaces which the spaces are of a decent size aswell. The prices aren’t too expensive either for a city centre. Only one downside is this car park closes at 20.00

Parking charge by hour, I think for 4 hours it's £5.50 and rate increase by hour. Better option Birch Street Car park,‌ which is less then a mile from there and charge £3.50 for whole day.

An easy place to get to. Very safe and undercover parking for motorcycles plus it's free for motorcyclists.

On arrival, there were cones blocking the entrance with a "car park full" sign. Although it was busy, with two events on, cars were leaving the car park, which meant that you could still wait at the barrier to gain entry. Very confusing.
Glad I read other reviews and paid for the evening £6.50 fee on arrival, as it avoided queuing up to pay at the end of the concert.
Car park is well-lit, and spaces quite generous in width.
