Staff behind counter more interested in gossiping to each other than helping customers. Refused to offer service that is stated as available on Royal Mail website, instead trying to upsell to the most expensive option. Unhelpful and disinterested.
DO NOT attempt to get parcels delivered here, staff either don't care and are unhelpful or are incredibly rude and shirty.
Amazing service!!! Staff are really friendly and open till 9pm on Saturday!!!!
blonde haired old white woman in the post office counter is clearly not fit for customer service. She was very racist and rude to me and very slow service. May be she is fine with white customers.
I deposited some old (withdrawn) bank notes into my bank account. The staff was extraordinarily helpful and patient. Thankful for the friendly and warm gesture!
Excellent Post Office, well run with great opening hours. Efficient and very helpful staff. Always 2 or more tills open so even if a queue which is rare, it moves quickly. Open all day Saturday and even if closed in the evenings and on Sundays the shop check outs can often help with parcels or other Post Office business. Really do recommend this place as the best Post Office in Cambridge.
Really friendly staff. It is a pity they can not do certifications of document. But they told me which was the nearest post office in town with that service.
