She provided a high level of customer service for my request and I appreciate her taking the time of being ver detailed to ensure I am getting the correct information.

Ms. Catherine Jones really took the time to review my account and assisted me with what I was asking for, then I also had card issues and it took a few minutes to figure out what was wrong with it about 20 minutes later she figured out what was wrong and it took another 10 minutes to clear that up. She was Patient was was Focused on get the task at hand done..

Stop past the credit union before going to work. Had to change some allotments. Catherine Jones was the employee that assisted me. She was very helpful and even offer the benefits of the checking plan. Greeted me with a smile coming and going. Her service was professional and very helpful. A five-star employee.
