Had a very unpleasant experience here today. As a loyal customer of this branch and had purchased almost all my sketchers from here, I was surprised to be treated unfairly. I complained at the counter that the black security guy kept on staring down and watching me while I was shopping, making me feel uncomfortable and made feel like I'm going to steal a pair. But instead of apologizing, the chubby latino who works at the counter told me that if I felt that way, then it's my problem. Wow, many times I visited this place and I was not treated like that. So, today I purchased my last two pairs and will be my last day and I'm never going back there again. Thank you for ruining my day.

The female security guard here is so rude has ZERO customer service. When we came in she had her airpods on was on a personal call complaining how her job is so boring and she was tired of being there ! Then we decide to leave because we didn’t find what we need I was with my grandma I proceed to open the door for my grandma. She tells me with an attitude close the door because its cold I go okay but mind you im waiting for my grandma to walk through just because i didn’t close the door as soon as she told me she rolls her eyes walks towards the register and starts cursing and talking all this nonsense complaining. Mind you the people by the register were just laughing. Mind you if you know you work by the entrance and people are coming in and out you why don’t you wear something warm instead of being nasty and rude. When you walk into a sketchers store the security guard and workers always greet you but this was not case.

I would like to thank Kevin, in security,for his attention. He's really polite, attentive and helpfull. Without leaving his post he helped us, politely listening to us and sending us in the right direction. The store was crowded. Thank you Kevin.

Good store with good inventory. Prices are better than other sketchers store. Employees were helpful in finding me the right size.

finally found affordable shoes that support my extremely flat feet! i only wish there were more unisex options in the arch fit line. there were many men’s styles that i loved but, being an 8 1/2, i couldn’t find pairs that fit me.

A large well stocked store. Customer service is non existent. I'll stick with Amazon Wardrobe.
