Retreat at Hart Ranch

Recently moved in and the staff (especially Gabby) were super awesome! They made the whole move in process easy and handled it with great customer service. I am very happy with my decision to move here and look forward to the years to come.

I recently moved here to Retreat at Heart Ranch, and I absolutely admire the team that works here and love the convenient location. They have made the move-in process smooth and easy. Currently enjoying the pool day party and looking forward to a wonderful summer and time living here. Check this place out, you will not regret it. 5 stars!

Ive been here for going on 3 years now and nothing but great thibgs to say about this conplex Ricardo was super helpful, super respectful with my belongings and didnt even realize he was even in My apartment till my stuff was fixed. All the maintenace team as well do a heck of a job maintaining this place and will see them all the time cleaning or making sure everything is in tip top shape. The managment is super helpful ,always friendly and smiling , and most importantly listen to concerns or needs and always taking you and family into consideration . Great place to live and wont be disapointed if you move in . Keep up the good work staff and team

Hi neighbors, Ms. Gabby here at Retreat at Hart Ranch has been so delightful, she has been helping me for months and found the perfect apartment for me at the end of my lease. She explained everything with expertise pertaining to my move in today. She gave me the best move-in special and really came through for me and my retriever puppy. She made me feel right at home and is a genuinely friendly professional. I am looking forward to my stay here at Retreat at Hart Ranch apartments and Ms. Gabby has made me feel very comfortable and welcome and will be able to help you all with anything you need so come on by!
Hi everyone, I am adding to the above paragraph now that I am in the biggest one bedroom, perfect, everything is fully functional (good) and the community is friendlier in a competitive way. My dog retriever mix is super happy happier here than last apartments! Cable and internet work great, great dog walking road and path around apartments, nice dogs greet my dog. Perfect place to study for a degree! Come on by! Apartment is very spacious with a lot of shelves built in to keep my playful puppy 50 lb from getting into everything!

Just moved in yesterday and very excited for our future here at Retreat at Hart Ranch! Very easy and smooth process with a great move in special! Gabby was so sweet and professional. Bugged her a few times but she was professional at all times and very willing to assist us in any way. Thanks Gabby!

Early this mornings. Our water heater had a ruptured line. Water everywhere. I called it in spoke with Gabby front desk and she mention she saw my email. She had already given the order to maintenance . I hanged up my call with her and a few minutes later a knock. That fast! Robert right away. Brought everything he needed and. Have to say he did this job fast. Repairing and cleaning very fast and professionally done. Good job Robert. This is how things get fixed fast here. From manager Sandra to personal and maintenance. This community has good leadership running these apartments. I don’t really have had any issue’s since I signed our lease. They fix repairs fast. Well done. Retreat at Hart Ranch.

We have been living here since November this year and so far, we love it here! Luis helped us out a lot with the process and was very friendly. For the price we are paying, our apartment is really nice. We have a 1 bedroom Apt of 670 sq. feet. We don’t have anything super fancy (like stainless steel or so which they do offer but is probably a little higher rent), but it’s all well taken care of and again, for the price we pay, it’s great! There is a lot storage too in the kitchen, restroom, and walk-in closet. They even had a day of appreciation for the tenants/renters and surprised us with tacos that morning! I’ve never lived at other apartments before but I’ve never heard of apartments doing that before so I thought that was awesome! Besides the amazing staff and apartment, the location is great! You are down the road from Walmart, H‑E‑B, Sam’s Club and so close to the Rim, La Cantera, UTSA, & so much more! The trees around the apartments are beautiful too. The gate doesn’t work, but they have told us they are working on getting it fixed and even then, it still feels pretty safe since the parking lots are well lit. Our cats also love it here! They are pet friendly and I always see a lot of neighbors walking their dogs and there is also a little walking trail around the back that you can take advantage of when you want to go outside. I’m excited to be living here and hopefully it continues this way. (If not, I’ll keep you posted 😉)
