what a sad excuse of an apartment. Instead of them addressing the issue, they have people rating them 5 stars to hide the real issue going on in the complex. thats shows incompetence and deceptive behavior coming from a student apartment complex.
Its very common to hear gunshots late at night, theft, and apparently there was an armed resident knocking on peoples door! Villas decided there was nothing they could do- to protect their employees???? which is valid- but thats when you call the POLICE and the higher ups to start protocol on an urgent issue like this. Instead of doing NOTHING, having your own residents contact the police after them not doing nothing, and not informing anybody on any decisions regarding the issue. Im sure other people who aren't apart of the resident groupchat(i.e me) have had no idea what has been happening until finding out recently through the news. The apartments should have more security and address this crucial issue at hand and be communicative to all its residents. I blame everything on the Villas if something were to happen on their complex moving forward if they don't take proper action. Definitely don't feel safe here anymore.

Essence was a wonderful tour and helped with our application! she was very helpful and made sure everything was understood.

All these student livings are boo boo but this one was great! Great amenities and seems like a safe community. But what really sealed it for me was Essence in the office! She was so nice and knowledgeable. It really convinced me to sign for next year. Great work Ms Essence

Overall experience at the Villas was a 9/10 for me although I did have a few minor issues I was able to be assisted by Essence D in order to resolve my problems. She handled the situation with excellent customer service and was super attentive, I would definitely recommend her in the future !

Great property but what really stood out was the front office staff. More specifically Essence. She was incredibly kind and knew a lot and was able to answer any questions I had.

I recent toured the Villas at Babcock and the CA I believe by Essence did such a good job at showing me the property and getting me situated with an application and securing my spot . Thank you Essence & The Villas ! #NewHome

Residents like to ding dong ditch other students with an AR-15. Pretty in line with the other shenanigans that happen daily here. Cops didn’t even show up. Management never informs residents of anything, so your safety is always at risk living here.
