In my opinion Vodafone should fire the board of directors of their subsidiary. After 5years of service hell over menial and clerical issues of tying Kabel Deutschland into the Vodafone service portal time should be up. This is way too much of silo entrenchment internal politics and useless blockades. Everything is Vodafone for % years and they shove the mess on me as biu customer. This store is tryjng each and do everything to fix what needs hours and luck to get dialed through to a comletent person behind the disgusting hotline phone maze.

Wissen vorhanden was daten und geräte betrifft, aber leider von Kundenservice null Ahnung.
Die Belegschaft tritt auf als sei es nervig kunden zu bedienen, sehr oberflächig und abweisend. Als Kunde fühlt man sich nicht ernstgenommen! Schade das man hier so behandelt wird, könnte wesentlich besser sein.

Werde seit Jahren vertrauensvoll betreut.
