The Lion Apartments

This apartment complex is awesome for a student or individual whom wants to be near town and have quick access to a vast variety of needs. The noise level is high, you are in town, and practically next to the fire station. However, you’re going to get that everywhere in town. Lupitas and target are a 5 minute walk, as well as a few coffee shops. My only con about this apartment, the mail “situation”. All mail is left on the ground unless it’s postage, then it’s placed in a locked mail box for your room #. This leads to possible theft and mishandling of your packages. Coming from experience, the theft rate is most definitely higher when you go on break, just a heads up.

Probably one of the best places to live in state. Super close to campus, so many great memories living there. Would deff recommend to anyone.

Place is generally clean. The appliances work, but they aren't spectacular or anything. Never had any trouble with loud neighbors. People come to fix things pretty quick if there's a problem. Not a bad place for a college student to live.
