The Metropolitan State College

Probably the best place to live in State College! You’re never too far from your favorite campus, the best takeout, or the downtown life. Location always great, but management can’t be beat. Every time we put in a work order, maintenance was on top of it instantly. The office team is always so kind and helpful, no matter what I come down needing help with. While The Met may be a downtown apartment, the coziness makes you feel right at home.

I have lived at The Met for the last few years, and I have had a great experience. Garrett, Rylan, and the rest of the staff are excellent, often hosting events for residents that include free food, drinks, prizes, and even school supplies if needed. The residents are pretty friendly, too.

Recently toured the Met with my brother and had a great experience. The building itself was tidy and had a wonderful view of campus, the staff were energetic and hospitable, and Garrett was incredibly helpful along the way. Would love to tour again!

My son has had a great experience being a resident at The Met. While it is full of college students, and not always 100% perfect, it is a safe, comfortable and roomy place for him to enjoy his last two years of college. The front desk attendees are always super polite when parents visit. The room sizes are nice, and the common areas are more like a big city apartment than college campus housing. Overall, we’ve been pleased. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I currently live at the Metropolitan State College and it is a wonderful place to live! The staff is extremely welcoming and kind, especially Lauren Kelly. She greets you each and every time you enter the building and always has a smile on her face. She is always on top of the packages and makes sure you get them as soon as possible. If you are looking for a place to live I would definitely consider the Metropolitan and request LAUREN KELLY for a tour!!!!!

I got the chance to tour the met with the lovely Lauren Kelly and she did a fantastic job. She was so polite, fun, welcoming and engaging. She made sure all my questions were answered, made sure I was comfortable and that my experience was over the top. Lauren was sure to have a big smile on her face the whole time and couldn’t have asked for a better tour!

The staff at the Met are extremely helpful, especially Lauren. Lauren has made living at the Met an amazing experience. She constantly has a smile on her face and I’ve never met an employee who radiates energy like she does. She is the most positive and welcoming person and is always on top of the packages. If you ever need help with anything Lauren will be there. She’s the best!!!!!!
