KFC

Rude service. The fried chicken and fries taste and look like they do not change their dirty oil. They charged for tap water which is against the food ordinance health regulations. They must serve free water on request with any food served. They cannot say they will charge you for the cup...it's like charging for the tap water.

They were totally overwhelmed with food delivery orders, which are given priority over people waiting in line. the guy in front of me waited 15 min just to order. Only if you are desperate for KFC and have absolutely nothing else to do.

Did not take my order at 8:140m on Thursday Feb 22nd.
They said they will not FRY/COOK anymore for today.

STORE CLOSES AT 9PM.

Talking in Tagalog (Filipino language) behind my back (my gf is Filipino). That's okay. Hopefully your Higher ups see this.

I purchased the big crunch box. The sandwich had hair between the patty and the lettuce. It was disgusting!Do you guys even care about the food safety?? How can fast food chain have hair in the food???? The fries were stale and the popcorn was burnt and stale as well! It looked like it was made in the early morning and just reheated many times. It was terrible and smelled fishy. The seasoned corn weren't even seasoned and it had water in it? For what reason??
Its just terrible at this point!
Update : Called the restaurant to let them know, the manager just wanted to go home and kept saying I'll give you the food. He was totally rude, and said the problem was solved why you write review?Because of you my owner called me. Kept cross questioning me for their mistakes and said I'll give you your sandwich just take it and leave , I don't have time? I don't care about the food, i won't even eat from the restaurant that have hair in their food. At least have the decency to apologize for you behaviour rather then being rude and treating someone poorly. Worst kfc experience ever!!

Complaint about Delayed and Incomplete Order at KFC

Dear [KFC Customer Service],

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding a recent experience at one of your branches. On 2024/01/02, I placed an order for 2 Wrap Compo meals, and unfortunately, I encountered significant delays.

Not only was the order delayed, but upon receiving it, I discovered that the items were incomplete. The lack of attention from the staff and their apparent indifference to the situation added to my dissatisfaction.

I believe in the quality of service that KFC is known for, and this experience falls short of those expectations. I would appreciate it if you could investigate this matter and take appropriate measures to ensure such incidents are avoided in the future.

I got a 4 piece chicken meal. Upgrade fries to poutine and bottle drink. I got my bag and everything was pleasant. Left and was walking out the mall , realized my bottle of soda was not in the bag. I walked back and spoke with the lady that I didn’t get the drink, she flat out accused me of stealing the drink , leaving it somewhere and wanting a replacement… then said or she put it on the counter and someone else took it. I asked her how many customers she had within the last 5 minutes. She reluctantly gave me another bottle but the impression is seared into my head. The guy next to her was saying wow wow wow let’s calm down and was also going to give me a replacement with no problem. Just absolutely horrible customer service. This female employee just made sure I will never eat there again.

Ordered a large bucket of popcorn chicken with 3 southern plum sauces and a large macaroni salad through Uber Eats. The food arrived hot and fresh, and everything tasted good. This is one of the few KFC locations that still sell large popcorn chicken on Uber Eats and I really appreciate that because most of the other KFC locations on Uber Eats only sell small popcorn chicken.
