I have watched this project grow from inception. It's the best thing to happen to Mudgeeraba in years. These properties blend in so nicely with the natural environment. It's also amazing to see so much wildlife return. What a lovely place for people to live.

This place is in the very early development stages, I like the concept and when it is finished it will be grand.

As soon as I set foot on the ground here, it felt like home. What a magical place to retire, the rainforest aspect is peaceful and calming. A sustainable oasis, with a focus on preserving and promoting the natural habitat. With native platypus swimming and native birds chirping. I felt like I was in heaven. They have actually thought of everything. The affordable cabins are gorgeous, and I couldn’t ask for a better location 🙏

Great your building places for retirees to stay !!

As a Gold Coast resident I am aware of the shortage of accommodation for retirees on the pension. The work that is being done by the new owners of this Caravan Park including the cleaning up of the site, replanting vegetation, renovating existing cabins and building new cabins is having a positive impact on the Mudgeeraba community as well as providing affordable accomodation. It's great to see a project of this sort being undertaken.
