Restaurant was amazing, it had friendly staff, small choices but excellent food. Desligh was our lovely waitress, she went above and beyond for our lunch gathering. Definitely 5stars from me for the restaurant

I have watched this project grow from inception. It's the best thing to happen to Mudgeeraba in years. These properties blend in so nicely with the natural environment. It's also amazing to see so much wildlife return. What a lovely place for people to live.
This place is in the very early development stages, I like the concept and when it is finished it will be grand.

Firstly, I would like to point out that this is the first negative review that I have ever left however, in this instance, I believe I need to make villa owners and their families (whether current owners or considering becoming residents in EHRV) aware of how you will be treated once the owner passes away.
My mother passed away last year and even though her villa sold quickly, I did not receive the funds until nearly 3 months after settlement of the villa (and almost 6 months after her passing). This was due to the complete lack of competence, compassion and communication by the senior management at Earle Haven.
When sending emails, many are “forwarded on” to another person. You can ask direct questions many times over and you will finally receive an email but still with no the answer to your questions. This is even when dealing with the legal department. The “right hand” has no idea what the “left hand” is doing in administration.
7 weeks after my mother passed away, I was finally advised of the requirements needed to finalise the sale of the villa. I believe I should have been advised of these requirements when I first approached admin advising that my mother had passed away or when I handed them the keys to sell the villa, not many weeks later. This was one of the main reasons for the constant delays however, there were many other issues but too many to make mention of on a review.
During the 6 years my mother lived in Earle Haven, she was very happy, however she would be absolutely horrified with the treatment I received during a very emotional grieving period after her passing which was compounded with the way I was treated by Earle Haven senior management.

My parents have recently moved in and this place is wonderful and well appointed while supported by friendly staff.

Awesome village with amazing staff.
As soon as I set foot on the ground here, it felt like home. What a magical place to retire, the rainforest aspect is peaceful and calming. A sustainable oasis, with a focus on preserving and promoting the natural habitat. With native platypus swimming and native birds chirping. I felt like I was in heaven. They have actually thought of everything. The affordable cabins are gorgeous, and I couldn’t ask for a better location 🙏

As a Gold Coast resident I am aware of the shortage of accommodation for retirees on the pension. The work that is being done by the new owners of this Caravan Park including the cleaning up of the site, replanting vegetation, renovating existing cabins and building new cabins is having a positive impact on the Mudgeeraba community as well as providing affordable accomodation. It's great to see a project of this sort being undertaken.
This will be a great asset for the Mudgeeraba community.

One of the best Models of Accommodation & Support for Seniors we have ever seen. Mother in law, 90+ moved from Melbourne to the Henley a coupe of months ago to be closer to more family and has settled in really well into a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom 20th floor Apartment with amazing views over the Broadwater and into Surfers. Apartments & Facilities are overall wonderful. Apartment Bathrooms & Kitchen could use an upgrade in the future for better accessibility & storage. All staff have been exceptional. Great Team - Thank you to Patrick, Sharon, Barbara, Gina & All the staff for the genuine care provided to mum & us!

My wife got a place here for her brother,he had some serious health issues and Robina Lodge gave him sanctuary,2 meals a day in the rent and a nice quiet place.
Most accommodation is ground floor as all residents are of the older generation. The bro in law recently passed and the crew were there to assist and got him to hospital,well done crew,we love you.

A great home for your folks, with plenty realistic activities which saves on the costs of facilities that they would not use.
It is beautiful there with lots of walking trails.
If your waiting to die, this the place to do it.

Mum was 90 years old and located on the 3rd floor (full care 24/7) after 3 years of mishaps in semi independent living on the 13th floor, and yet with 3 staff in her room at the time she was able to fall and smash her shoulder to the point she never recovered. We cremated her shortly afterwards. I’m still distraught with the chain of events.. considering the price paid for care promised.......still don’t know what happened to her that day. Apparently one staff member was inconsolable. This was not what she expected or us. ☹️ Don’t know what to do next.
I reside close to Robina lodge and have visited tenants and friends there.
The accommodation is of a high standard and the lodge is a nicely landscaped complex.
The food served as part of the accommodation package is both varied and pleasing to the palate.
Management and staff are very professional and courteous, efficient and always ready to assist.
A worthy establishment for either short or long-term accommodation.

Lovely apartments
Been to most Manufactured Home Estates (MHE's) and LLC's (Land Lease Communities) and this is right up there!

What a wonderful place to call home. The grounds are beautifully kept, the managers are so helpful and welcoming. Residents are able to take advantage of meals on site which are healthy and delicious.
Good place to stay for elderly retired people

The manager Eseta is an absolute gem.
Over the last couple of years both my parents were residents of the nursing home and we found the service to be first class.
My father was also a resident of the retirement village for 5 years and he often spoke about how the gardens etc were always well maintained and how if there was a maintenance issue it was addressed without delay. I would have no hesitation in recommending either facility.

Excellent modern faclilty with great meals highly recommended with Management being very friendly and Professional ,a Safe Environment for all,i have met a lot of visiting Familys with there Loved ones on a Daily basis.

Earle Haven is a wonderful village to live in. My mother was in the nursing home when run by the owner of the village and the staff and conditions were first class. The food was cooked on site and very nutritious. My father lived in a unit and loved it. Everything you need is here including the amazing Doctor Hamza and nurse Glenda. I can't speak highly enough about this place and I pray everything gets resolved quickly for the staff, residents and their families.

I saw the merlo coffee flags from the street I didn't realize it was a retirement complex I could tell that the staff care about the guests there

This is just my personal taste. I know lots of people love this place. For a visitor it is possibly less lovable. We couldn't find parking and had to park on the street which was difficult with a mobility problem to walk far. Units and parking seemed very crammed in to a small area. Getting around would require a map until you are used to it. Decor and styling appeared a bit dated and cluttered but no doubt very suitable and comfortable for residents.

What a great retirement facility. Great staff and beautiful rooms. Appointed inhouse chef, gym, pool and gardens. Great views.
Elderly/retired persons residence located on the Gold Coast Highway in Southport, overlooking the Broadwater. My grandfather lives here and the atmosphere is perfect for him surrounded by other folks of similar age. Gives you the peace of mind and security that they are being looked after without sacrificing their independence. Has a cafe on the ground floor where they can have meals, or have meals delivered to their rooms.
This is a pleasant environment of purpose built "units" for over 50's.

My husband and I moved to The Henley two years ago, it was a big decision to leave our home BUT it has been the BEST decision we could have made. We have great water views, made many new friends and life is good!
Excellent community of like minded people with great facilities . Far too many restrictions by park management, ( eg solar panels are forbidden ). Lack of financial transparency by park management has created several $$$ surprises ! Site fees are known but subject to regular increases . All these negatives cannot outweigh the positives created by the residents and location .
Don't take any notice of the above comment the manager wrote it. The senor manager is the most arrogant person you have ever met. He has even assaulted residence and police have been called out.

After residing at De Paul Manor Estate for more than five years we realise for our age it was the best move we could have made.
We continue to use the great facilities and enjoy the many and varied social activities on offer. With the increase in residents many lasting friendships have been made. The Residents Retreat is the ideal area to meet and greet residents and friends alike.
Our apartment is comfortable and spacious - we consider the 24 hour security is an important factor to our well being.
The management team are friendly and competent in all aspects of manor life. This ensures the smooth operation of the day to day functioning of the Manor.
Life here is great and we are looking forward to spending the rest of our lives in this facility.

Bad rude management...... terrible food... very expensive . Would not recommend anyone live there. Worse accomadation I've ever lived at... supposed to be seniors living

Don't take any notice of other two comments they are old sour employees. The food is very nice and tasty and units are really nice. The management are very nice and helpful.
