This place has everything.

It is beautiful there with lots of walking trails.

Been to most Manufactured Home Estates (MHE's) and LLC's (Land Lease Communities) and this is right up there!
David Pradella is the developer, as he was Seachange at Arundel (and now Toowoomba)
Only small -126 owners but just feels and IS right!
Good sign - no current resales available I am told - July 2020.

This is a pleasant environment of purpose built "units" for over 50's.

Excellent community of like minded people with great facilities . Far too many restrictions by park management, ( eg solar panels are forbidden ). Lack of financial transparency by park management has created several $$$ surprises ! Site fees are known but subject to regular increases . All these negatives cannot outweigh the positives created by the residents and location .
