I was so much looking forward to finally be eating here because vegan— what’s not to love, right?!

But was let down, tremendously…

We entered after placing our reservation a few hours prior, but had to find our own table because the waitress wasn’t coming over upon arrival— all fine, thus far, we found our name written on the chalkboards. But we had to actually ask for a waitress to take our order, after waiting for another 20 minutes…

The window table was cold, due to a draft, the chairs are very uncomfortable. The window sill was covered in spiders and clearly hasn’t been cleaned in a while, the toilet wasn’t very proper but luckily didn’t smell. And the food is way too overpriced…

Their own made iced-tea tasted sour, the beouf tasted like a burned sausage with soap (coriander) and let’s not mention the bitter and extremely sour tasting salad… the tempeh saté was dry and plain. The mashed potatoes and fries were delicious though!

I guess it all comes down to personal taste but to us this was not up to par. We will unfortunately not be returning here, I’m really sorry!!

Amazing food and vibe! The stuff is very nice too. Recommended :)

Delicious high tea! We loved the soup and egg salad. The Vegan salmon was a little too fishy for us, but that's personal taste:)
Some of the desserts (rocky road) were a little too sweet, but very impressed with the beautiful cakes that they make!
Great portions/price for what you get!

We had a date there tonight. We were greeted warmly for only making the reservation 40 minutes prior. The atmosphere is enjoyable. The staff are attentive and kind. The dinner menu is delicious; we had the pesto burger and chili cheese fries. Dessert is decadent. We will return to try out other items on the menu.

A really good place to have vegetarian food with lot of option and tasty! They really know how to cook the vegan style! Even I am not a vegatarian, but I do enjoy the food!

The patat (fries) was sooo good! Kruimig - Dutch said! The falafel was also supertasty! Fresh from the oven, the vibes was also good, we sat at their terrace, was so sunny and cozy! I wish I have this place in Almere 😘 but yea .. worth it to drive to Nijmegen to visit this place!

Wir haben hier eine kleine Kaffee und Kuchen Pause gemacht. Der Kaffee war sehr gut und die beiden veganen Sahnetorten (Tiramisu und Himbeer) sehr lecker. Die Mitarbeiterinnen waren total freundlich und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Süßes Café!

A lovely restaurant with delicious plant-based recipes. From the interior to the menu (let alone the friendliness of the team), everything in this restaurant is worth visiting. We came for a late lunch and had delicious Pita falafel and (vegan) smoked salmon salad with warm drinks. The vegan smoked salmon was simply stunning. The place also seems to have delicious desserts. I highly recommend coming with friends to be able to try as many items as possible on the menu. You will not be disappointed!
