WARNING! Parking services will boot your car no matter whether you are a resident or a customer!

This review is for the parking; not the apartment. The shops are great!

They will not ticket you - rather they BOOT YOUR CAR THE VERY FIRST TIME! It happened to us customer at the stores and to a resident of the apartment all within an hour even though they say 2 hour limit. The woman in the unmarked Nissan Sentra likely makes money for every car she boots; initially looks like she’s shopping security but SHE IS NOT( see PHOTOS) - don’t waste your breath talking to her; she won’t listen to reason. She just wants your $$$$! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

Oh! In case you’re thinking there’s already 3 or 4 cars booted, and she won’t have enough for YOUR car SHE DOES! Note the car right next to hers also booted; 4 others booted at the same time.

I recently applied for an apartment in this building. At the time, there was a special on the rent prices, which was very appealing. The fee to apply was $575 -- $500 for a deposit and $75 for the application fee — but before submitting my application, I called the office to make sure the $500 was refundable if I wasn't approved or things didn't work out. I was assured that it was. Once I applied, I was told I would need a co-signer making 5x the amount of the regular rate of the apartment and they'd need to own a home. I've rented in various countries and states (including in the much nicer Flats at Ponce City Market across the street) without issue or needing a co-signer, but figured it was all fine. As my co-signer gathered their documents, several people pointed out that it was odd that my co-signer needed to own a home and make more than the full price of rent rather than the price I would actually be paying. In the meantime, I submitted my application to a nicer, slightly pricier building in the neighborhood and was approved within hours, so I withdrew my application. I waited a few weeks for my deposit to be refunded and was only told after inquiring that it was not refundable after 72 hours. I pointed out that I was guaranteed that it was refundable and that no one ever mentioned anything about a 72-hour hold. Needless to say, I wouldn't recommend doing business with any company that's so dishonest about its practices. I'm sure I'll never see my $500, but will tell everyone who will listen, including on social media and through reviews, that this is not a building worth their time. If you can, look literally anywhere else! Other buildings will be more ethical and honest about their pricing and likely have amenities, which this building doesn't.

I love living at Ford Factory Lofts - great views, lofted ceilings, cool building, and amazing staff! I’ve lived here for 2 years and wouldn’t change a thing! The leasing office is so easy to work with - Christine is GREAT and super helpful and made my move smooth as can be! They go above and beyond for their residents :)

Location is without a doubt one of the most important features of an apartment. But, even more important than that is the people who take care of the property and the residents. Lindsay and Christine made an already great apartment, in a great location, an even better experience. I appreciate them both and highly recommend Ford Factory Lofts if you’re looking for an apartment on the Atlanta Beltline.

Christine was very helpful and knowledgeable about the rental properties and area around the Ford Factory Lofts. She was prepared and had everything needed to have a great walkthrough and experience. She was very reassuring and flexible with our needs. If you are looking for a place reach out to them and ask for her!

Location , location , location!!

This apartment building is in a great location ! While living there, we forgot we had a vehicle because everything was within walking distance !
Grocery store, well it’s right next door!
Restaurants , your backyard is the Beltline.
Safety, not an issue. The staff is very vigilant on who enters the elevators especially at night.
If you work nearby, you can commute via the Beltline.
Everyone on the Ford team was kind and welcoming !

Living at ford factory has been an absolute dream. The life around the area is incomparable and just steps away. The staff is always accommodating and willing to do whatever they can to make sure your needs are being met. Plus the views from my 7 foot windows are spectacular. One thing I will truly miss is waking up to a man playing his saxophone at 10 AM every Sunday morning on the beltline.
