I bought a mattress they said 10 years warranty and i have the receipt for thar after 3 years the mattress start to make a hall in the middle. I sent a 10 email and 10 calls he start yelling on me, and said no warranty . Now i have pain in my back because of it

I like this furniture store for shopping. It's very good price and affordable. Myself I buy my furniture from this store. Personally I would tell everyone to shop furniture at this one. They have sofa sets, any size beds, mattresses, lamps, side tables, dinning table etc. Visit the store.
They do have decent furniture here. Owner is very nice, staff is very knowledgeable about the products. Good deals. They delivered our mattress on the said date and time. I'm very happy with my purchase.
Bought a bed, two night stands and head/foot board. Told me it was made in Germany. Saw all kinds of Asian stamping on it. Headboard and footboard didn’t match. Guy on the phone told me to pull the blanket over the footboard then problem solved.

I bought a bed set (king) in June 2019. They forgot a night table. They finally (after tons of emails and showing up there, November) emailed me and offered me 100$ cheque. I’m disgusted and hope this helps anyone looking for furniture out.

Do NOT buy any furniture from this store. We bought a bed that broke in literally 2 weeks because of the bad foundation. And I gave the guy a call and he said he cannot do anything about that. We ordered 2 night stands that came in 2 weeks LATE and the stupid owner is extremely rude, can barely speak English and probably the best part, yelled at my mom. Extremely bad customer service. AVOID THIS STORE AT ALL COSTS!!!!!
