Catholic temple very well cared for by both its priest and the parishioner. It's not the first time I've been there, I go every time I come to Bristol to spend a few days with my son. I heard the Mass on the first Sunday of Advent and I felt as if it were my usual parish, saving the difficulty of the language since my English is very short.

Absolutely stunning church with beautiful sanctuary and side alters...and is open during the day for prayer which is rare to find nowadays. I was lucky enough to be there when the organist was practicing.

There's something truly incredible about reading the psalms while the organ plays in the background. My only gripe is that the radiators under the pews make kneeling very awkward if you're on the tall side however the pews either side of the church don't have them underneath which is grand.

I look forward to visiting this church more often for prayer

Excellent Church with welcoming congregation. You can sit it silence to adore and pray. Located in the middle of city centre. Easy to commute

A very historic church! Opened in 1840, it is one of Bristol’s oldest Catholic Churches. It is pretty much the same today as it was in the 1840s. Very beautiful interiors but they need some renovation. It is also closed for many days of the week

Liturgy of the Word was very clear, the Father even gave a prologue of the readings after Gloria. Short but concise sermon with both an explanation of the readings and what the Catechism teaches about the readings and how they apply to our lives as Christians.

Liturgy of the Eucharist was very solemn esp the Consecration, despite having no altar boys around to assist.

English was standard without strong accents and spoken at good modulation and pacing, resulting in a crisp understanding.

Choir was well conducted, pianist was superb. Most members were looking like fellow Filipinos.

Quite a number of attendees - bigger than what I initially expected.

Heating was good and balanced. Overall excellent visit for someone new to Bristol and it is also my first Catholic mass in this city.
