Forever 21

The clothing is okay for the price, but the store's hours are inconvenient, and the last item I purchased had holes in it.

Stylish clothes, great sale prices, and not totally unreasonable regular prices. Friendly and very helpful staff... Thank you.

The store itself was good they had great deals. The girl who was yelling at her coworkers in front of about 25 people was not. She publicly embarrassed another employee,who had just gotten done helping me around the store, because she wasn’t at the register. She was rude and should not have been yelling at her in front of all those people. I understand the holiday season and post holiday season is stressful but they are more effective ways of handling things. It made the atmosphere uneasy and uncomfortable for those who witnessed.

Ive always loved this store. We went in to to look at some stuff in this store. One of us had a medical exemption to not be wearing a mask (the rest of us were wearing the mask). To be polite and respectful to others, she wore the mask around her face but not her nose. Keep in mind, she had a reason not to wear one. One of the employees watched her the entire time she was there and began stalking her every move until she ajusted her mask. The employee rudely then told her to wear it or else she'd make her leave the premises. When we explained she had a medical condition, the employee ignorantly disregarded it and loudly said to place it above her nose or leave. So we left and spent our money elsewhere to businesses who would respect and not ignorantly disregard people with medical conditions.

I go into forever 21 every so often to see what they have. Out of all forever 21s I've been to, this one was very clean/organized. I was able to get 3 outfits, try them on, and purchase fairly quickly. Employees were super friendly! Ended up applying for their credit card when I got home! Love this place and their clothes!

Their return policy is beyond ridiculous. They expect that items be returned within a 30 day period, even if the items have never been worn and the tags are still attached. I️ never had an issue with returning the items for in-store credit because I️ knew I️ would always find something that I️ like. I️ always shop online because their store is an absolute mess and not organized at all. I️ also do not live conveniently close to the store, which makes it hard to take the time to go out and return items. I️ will never be spending my money here again, which is too bad because I️ loved this place.

We bought 3 pairs of black leggings because they seemed like a great deal. Wore one pair, they were fine. A couple of days later, put on another pair and noticed a hole in the crotch. Took off and wore the last pair. A few hours later noticed a couple of little holes in the butt. Took them and receipt back for exchange, it had only been 5 days since original purchase. We were told no, how did they know what happened after we left store, as if we are crazy and like to put holes in our stuff and waste our time exchanging. She was confident her crappy leggings would never have holes and we were out of luck. Lost our money and we will not go back
