Very good food! Nice and friendly service which made our visit even more enjoyable! Pretty atmosphere, just a bit loud but the restaurant was full. We liked it a lot and would definitely come back!!

The food was delicious and exciting, the tuna was served with a hot metal plate to cook the fish in the table. They also have a very good selection of Japanese drinks.

Highly disappointed, booked a table for myself and my partner for his birthday. The restaurant itself was small, our server, very friendly and apologetic, was clearly stretched having to cover many busy tables. We ordered our drinks and these took 25 minutes to come, and when they did, my drink was incorrect, I understand mistakes happen but tables that had come in and sat after us had their drinks before us. We got our food which was okay but not as good as anticipated. I asked for the bill and paid, which after I then realised it was not our bill, I understand I should have checked beforehand but I would presume I’m being given the correct bill. I brought this to the attention of a manager who said she’d go sort it. Sat then for another 20 minutes with no communication whatsoever from anyone and when I called back the same manager she said she thought it had been sorted. Another female manager came over then and said that she hadn’t come to us because our bill had worked out at €1 more expensive than what I’d paid and acted as if she was doing us a favour by not pointing this out. I would have paid the €1, I didn’t appreciate the lack of communication and thinking I’d be grateful for the “€1” discount. Serious lack of communication from front of house and management. The only saving grace was our wonderful waiter, unfortunately I didn’t get his name but he was lovely

One of the best steaks in Dublin. Highly recommended. Also, Veronika was really knowledgeable about the menu and very helpful. Make sure you leave space for dessert, the cheese plate is amazing!!!

I’m from the US and travel globally for business. This was hands down one of the best meals I’ve had anywhere. Delicious - food, drinks, apps, meal and dessert. Weronica was our server and was caric! Will absolutely be back!

Beautiful place with very tasteful decoration, excellent service and wonderful, very tasty food.
In a sea of sames, rustic stone gets a highlight due to its non-conventional approach.
We had the meat Bento and everything was delicious, with a special mention to the chicken and the broccoli.
Everything was very tasty without being overburdening, and the tasteful touches like the heavily vinegary rice to clear the palate shows we're in the hands of a capable and caring chef.

Will definitely come back to taste the stone cooked meat and the rest of the menu.

If you're looking for unusual cuisine in a beautiful venue, look no further than Rustic Stone. I would classify it as fusion Asian that is delicately presented. For starters I would definitely recommend the Crab Mayonnaise & Pressed Spiced Cucumber. For mains we had the hot rocks - beef & tuna. Both were exceptional but the tuna was my favourite. Every mouthful was an explosion of flavour, yet subtle. The venue itself is romantic with soft lighting & lovely wooden decor. The service was exceptional. I highly recommend it.
