I had my best dinner so far in Dublin here at this restaurant. I ordered the set menu, and I chose smoked bacon croquettes as my starter. Then, I had featherblade steak as my main course, beef dripping chips as the side, brandy peppercorn for the sauce, and mojito sorbet as the dessert. I am so glad to have had the waitress recommend the sauce and medium-cook the steak. It is the best steak that I have had up until now. I really like the mojito sorbet as well (it comes with passion fruit on top, so the sorbet tastes sweet and sour, which is very much to my liking). I highly recommend this place if you want to grab a superb dinner in Dublin. In addition, the waiter and waitress are all very friendly, and I like the vibe of the restaurant as well. Thank you very much.

The Cellar Bar provides a relaxing atmosphere, great cocktails, snacks and food menu. The salmon is particularly tasty. All the staff and service are excellent too, Alex couldn’t do anymore for us, he was professional and friendly. Would definitely come back ☺️

We had a fantastic dinner here. Excellent food. We will definitely return. One comment I would like the restaurant to note, is that when people sit down and are reading the menu, please leave them be until they close their menus or attract your attention. We were asked 5 times if we were ready to order, by three different waitresses. It got quite annoying to be honest. I'd say the waitresses are told to hurry people up by the owners/management, but it's dreadful. The food more than made up for the start of the meal.

My sister and I had one plate each . the braised beef featherblade at 25 euro each on a 50 euro voucher . it was the best plate we have eaten in a long time . rich and tasty . . also the staff were extremely considerate . warm and friendly . . we will be back . . thank you
Great service and delicious steaks!

We ordered Featherblade steak, Pincanha and cauliflower for main and chips, Broccoli, spinach mash and mac and cheese for side. Everything we ordered were flavoured well and staff were very friendly and helpful.

Strongly recommend this place!
I went here solo after adventuring today and was lucky enough to get in without a reservation (which means for larger parties definitely make one in advance). I was served very quickly and ordered the featherblade steak with peppercorn and the truffle Mac and cheese. The truffle Mac and cheese was just okay nothing amazing but still tasted good. The steak however was cooked to medium rare perfection very tender and exactly the right portion would highly recommend!

We had a beautiful three course meal here. The food was divine. My crab salad starter was so fresh and full of flavour. My husband had melt in the mouth gnocchi, I had the hake and we also loved the cabbage. Our puddings were both delicious - steamed prunes and a rum baba. The wine list was also excellent. And the staff were lovely. Great experience. Would definitely come back.
Great food.Great Staff and the best charred sweet potatoes with homemade black garlic mayo. We came in at 14.55 and they told us they close in between lunch and diner from 15.00. But we still could come in and eat. It was our last meal in Ireland after a week spending there, and it was the best meal we had all week!!!!
Thanks for the great food and the talk about music.
Cheers from The Netherlands 🍺

Great Customer Service, Tasty Menu, Reasonable price, relaxed & peaceful ambience too!!!
We truly enjoyed our dining experience at Ristorante 6…Reasonable price, relaxed & peaceful ambience too!!!
From the Antipasti ( we had prawn marinara and calamari fritti), to the main courses ( we had Squid ink seafood linguine and Smoked haddock bake) match it with lovely Riesling wine and finished it off with delicious desserts, cholocate & hazelnut meringue and warm orange and marmalade pudding – we truly enjoyed every bite of this tasty menu!
Also, what a great customer service experience by the Restaurant Manager on duty named VISHAL. He was very cheerful, helpful and knowledgeable. He recommended us complementing dishes and wine to pair which made our dining experience a very pleasant one.
This dining experienceswe had was one of the bet and definitely will be back again…
Fantastic spot! Came here with my family on our first night in Dublin to meet with some of our other family that are locals. They recommended Featherblade and insisted we go here for dinner which was the right choice.

We all did the set menu which is 35€ ($50CAD) so long as all of your part do the set menu. It includes a starter, main, sauce, side and dessert which is a fantastic deal. I had the smoked bacon croquettes, featherblade steak with brandy peppercorn sauce, truffle mac and cheese and the burnt basque cheesecake with raspberry compote. Everything was incredible (the steaks do come with side greenery/salad). I also had the passionfruit martini which was delicious. We had a fantastic time catching up together, our server was incredible and prompt with us being a party of 8. Will absolutely be back next time we are in Dublin.

Great food and atmosphere. The full breakfast was delicious and huge portions. Enjoyed everything about it. The lattes were extremely good, especially the hazelnut. So good I ordered two. My only gripe is the Wai time for food is extremely long. I think we waited for about 50min before our food came out. I would go here again if I saw that there wasn't a large lineup.

Restaurant looked nice and had nice ambience but food was not worth the high price at all. Starters were average fare and the bread served at the start was measly. Two half slices of bread.

Steak wasn’t anything to be desired, didn’t have the premium taste expected for the price.

Dessert was fairly bare but tasty

Wouldn’t return.

A written review doesn’t do this restaurant justice. By far the best steak restaurant in Dublin by a long shot. Food, staff and atmosphere 10/10. Massive thanks to our hosts Aaron and Yin, as well as the rest of the staff they really go over and above to help. When it comes to picking a place for dinner with my girlfriend, it’s not even a question where we’re going. (It was so good I had to get a second steak)

Went for a mid week meal. Service was really good. We ordered two mains and because one of the mains was talking a little longer than expected (although we didn't think so) they came down with complementary garlic bread. Really nice touch.

Good sized portions and tasty food. Had two espresso's at the end and a complimentary home made shot with the bill.

I'd recommend this place and would go back in the future.

Really nice coffee and cakes! Had a little bit of a wait for my coffee and croissant to arrive but that is the only thing i could fault it for! queues were out the door to this place so you know it’s worth it!
Warmly greeted. Great corner, window table. Aperitif/cocktail arrived promptly. We choose the tasting menu and decided against the wine pairing, instead opting to begin with an Alsace. Excellent wine selection. Food started coming, excellent presentation. Go for the signature Irish coffee to round off your meal. Try the soufflé if available too. For me it's all about the story and passion for the food being served. I enjoy the experience of the menu curation and service (origin, story, creation, interest). I also like to be challenged or experience something new in it's telling. That said, it was very good. We later received our menu by email on request. I should have taken a copy of the lunch menu while I was there, as I like to get signatures, (on our tasting menu) as our keepsake. It's the love and attention to the little things that impress me.

Delicious food, long time I didn’t get blown away by a steak in a long time, one of the best steaks I had in a while, the taste is amazing can taste it was made on the grill. The lamb was so tender. The chocolate mousse was nice didn’t blow my mind not a fan of apple etc but the apple tart was unreal.
The staff were very helpful and friendly, it felt a bit dark, but the decoration and atmosphere was very nice. I would definitely recommend.

Etto served some of the best meals I have ever had. Every course was wonderful. We tried both the hake and pork/olive croquette, both were packed full of flavour. This was followed by the muscle starter, which had the most divine sauce. We shared the Cote de boeuf for the mains. The meat was cooked and seasoned to perfection. It was served with a mouthwatering sauce and lovely crispy garlic potatoes. For dessert, we shared the prunes with masscapone and the rum baba. The rum cake was delicious, topped with a lovely sweet cream and accompanied my a delicious mango sorbet. The prunes were like nothing I have ever tasted, deliciously sweet and perfectly balanced by the creamy slightly tart cheese. The decor was nice and simple, everything is a little squished but cosy. The bathrooms are right by the pass downstairs which was a bit unusual. The servers were very friendly and helpful. We felt a bit rushed out the door in the end but it didn't change the wonderful experience. One of the best restaurants in Dublin, would highly recommend!

We stopped in on our first morning in Dublin. It's a nice little cafe that also serves full breakfasts. The service was good, the coffee was excellent. The scones were a bit dry but came with delicious jam so that helped. If we came back we would try the full breakfast.
We had a wonderful dinner at Cronins. The service was friendly efficient and the food was first class. I had trio of fish delicious and my husband had steak. Melt in the mouth. Great value for money. Would definitely recommend.
Beautiful quiet upstairs seating area. Decent portions, good quality food, friendly service and a beautiful baileys cheesecake that will be remembered.

We started with some nibbles and langoustine as the starters. Especially the langoustine and the pancakes they come with were very tasty. I had the grilled cod, the sauce might not be everyone’s favorite as it had a sharp refreshing taste but I liked it. My friend had the crispy courgette flower, and it was delicious, definitely recommend. The staff were friendly and smiling. I am not a big fan of the interior atmosphere though as it’s a bit packed inside and the tables are close to each other.

The place is decent but the Steak Sandwich was very chewy and low in quantity.

It doesn't come with any sauce, so it was a bit dry and for the price paid it should - just like other places .

They charge extra for peppercorn sauce.

An interesting European menu based upon fresh, local, Irish products. Solid wine menu. Mussels with Nduja and Corn were terrific and so was my Baked Cod. Even a simple salad was remarkable based upon the freshness and taste of the locally-sourced greens. The dessert highlight was the Red Wine Prunes with Vanilla Mascarpone! Need to order that! Special shout-outs to our very helpful waitstaff Miranda and Luca. Well done.
Cozy restaurant with good food. Not noisy, and very intimate. I ordered the duck, which was pretty good if you like crispy duck. Others at my table got the lamb shank and cleared their plates. The shepherds pie was also top notch.

One of the good restaurants in Dublin. It has quite a few Irish traditional dishes, but I would definitely recommend the steak 🥩
I had dinner at Cronins and it was delicious. We came on Saturday at around 17:00 without reservation, but were still promptly seated. We selected different dishes to try, and all of them were delicious. Based on what I've sampled, I can definitely recommend lamb shank, lamb roast and seafood chowder. Overall, this was a great experience so I can recommend this restaurant to have any type of meal.

Our first time visiting Keoghs Cafe, we found the staff to be very friendly and the coffee was really good here. Our Meals were all delicious and good portions. All of our food and drinks came out quite fast considering the restaurant was quite full. We will definitely be back soon. Thank you Keoghs Cafe.
The atmosphere was warm and inviting, the appetizers were uniquely flavorful, but the star was undoubtedly the steak. Cooked to well-done perfection, it was tender, juicy, and rich with a savory blend of herbs and spices. The accompanying dishes were equally delightful, each adding to the overall gastronomic pleasure.

The service was impeccable, reflecting the staff's professionalism and eagerness to enhance our dining experience.

In short, Featherblade is a must-visit for all steak enthusiasts.

Nice place.
I didn't have food, just drinks.
Prosecco cost 15 euro... bit steep for knock-off champagne.

Payment method of default gratuity 10%, 20% tip is a bit generous. I'm irish, so tipping after being served beer at the bar makes no sense, I expect your employer to be paying you a fair wage. This is on the owner/manager, not the issue with the bartenders. I do however tip if you are very kind and go out of your way to do something without me having to ask, but I don't ever expect that from a bartender, especially when it's busy.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Keogh's Cafe, and I must say, it's an absolute haven for coffee enthusiasts! As a cappuccino lover, I was thrilled to find that their cappuccino was a masterpiece – perfectly made, with a gorgeously frothy texture and a flavor that was truly exceptional. The attention to detail in crafting this coffee was evident, and it left me thoroughly impressed.

Beyond the exceptional coffee, I was greeted by a friendly and welcoming cash counter attendant who took my order with a smile. Their warm demeanor added to the overall pleasant experience.

The variety of muffin options caught my eye, and I couldn't resist trying the banana walnut muffin. It was a revelation – unbelievably soft and bursting with flavor. The balance between the sweetness of the banana and the nutty richness of the walnuts was just right, making it an absolute treat.

For a heartier option, I opted for the chicken sandwich, and I was not disappointed. The food quality was top-notch, and the sandwich was delicious. The flavors melded together beautifully, and each bite was a delightful blend of taste and texture.

Overall, my visit to Keogh's Cafe was a delightful journey of flavors and hospitality. From the exceptional cappuccino to the delectable banana walnut muffin and the satisfying chicken sandwich, every aspect of my experience was superb. I can confidently say that this cafe is a must-visit for coffee aficionados and food enthusiasts alike. I look forward to returning to Keogh's Cafe for another memorable experience!

Delicious food and lovely atmosphere. Good wine selection. The dishes are composed carefully and intricately from local and seasonal ingredients. I particularly enjoyed the mustard broccoli side and the famed dessert, red wine prunes with mascarpone. The atmosphere was very nice and they accommodated me at the last minute without booking, though just to mention I was dining alone. The prices are completely acceptable considering the quality. It's not the cheapest, but it's very fair, average pricing for that kind of a slightly upscale restaurant. The staff is lovely and attentive. Definitely recommended!
We didn't have a reservation, so there was a little bit of a wait for the table. I recommend making a res if you know you want to go here. Either way the host was very kind and he fit us in. Monday night any one of the only places open in Dublin and the place was packed but with lots of little nooks and crannies so it didn't feel oppressive. The staff were great and the food was wonderful. We had the tasting menu and every dish was inventive and very tasty. You could easily walk by and miss it as the entrance is below ground and it is slightly out of the very centre of Dublin but it's a treasure well worth seeking out....
One of the few two michellin star restaurants in Dublin. The staff are top-notch and very elegant. Despite being sceptic at the beginning and being a vegetarian, was quite blown away by what I experienced. High attention to detail and wonderful experience. Highly recommended.
To say this was an experience was putting it mildly. I’d eaten in “old” Chapter One and loved it, but new Chapter One is something else. What an incredible culinary treat. You can see the care, attention to detail and creativity that has gone into this menu. Mikael and his team have done wonders and deserve every bit of those 2 Michelin Stars. Highly commendable to both Declan and John. We adored every minute,
A wonderful evening spent at the Pearl Brasserie.

The staff were highly attentive, friendly and knowledgeable. Special mention to Katherine and Tonge for going the extra mile and making our evening so special.

We decided to go for the six course tasting menu which was absolutely fantastic as a whole, we were treated to Crab, Duck, Turbot and Veal followed by cheese and a tart for dessert.

We were a little bit thrown by the cheese board in the menu, as we were expecting a Beef course, or another constructed dish, this is our only feedback, as while the cheese was very good, it didn't quite fit for us.

Our favourite was the Duck Foie Gras, just incredible and really stole the evening for us.

As the taster menu is blind, I won't spoil any more, but we left full and delighted.

The wine list is extensive and there is something for everyone, we chose white wine by the glass to start, an Albarino and Chablis, followed by a bottle of Gamay to accompany the meal.

We were delighted with our private booth by the fish tank, the restaurant as a whole was beautiful with lots of character and style.

We would certainly like to return to try the Al a Carte in the future. Apologies for having no coins for Pierre, perhaps next time.

Thank you Pearl Brasserie
The place is phenomenal from start to finish it's more then a meal it's a whole experience. We were lucky enough to try the 6 course tasting menu with wine pairing and cocktails. From the first moment you walk in the staff are fantastic and couldn't be nicer. I wasn't sure if we would have enough time to start with a drink in the bar but there is no rush at all the staff make you feel at home. The bar is small but it's not why you visit, it's perfect sized as they move you to your table and it's not overcrowded. The range of whiskeys and cocktails is unbelievable and I would definitely recommend starting with one. When the food starts the flavours and presentation is incredible all the way to the last bite. They showed us around the place as it was our first time to visit. The building itself is remarkable with the chefs table in the kitchen and the Midleton room for private dining. I couldn't recommend this place more, it is on the pricey but that's the only thing that could put you off. Or I could say against Chapter One thanks to all the staff for looking after us so well.
The best pizza I have ever had! Everything is made fresh and the owner happily showed my daughter how he makes the dough.
Excellent price too.

I definitely recommend this place for a fine dinner. The staff was super polite and nice. The menu was short, but with very good quality and elaboration. The chef did a great job. My wife and I had a fantastic meal at the Pearl Brasserie. The food was delicious, and all of the staff were very welcoming and attentive. Our waiter made sure to look after my wife's allergies, making sure that everything was checked, and being clear about what items on the menu wouldn't be suitable. He also made a fantastic wine suggestion which was delicious with the very rich pigeon dish.

The atmosphere was absolutely spot on. A nice level of background music, and tables nicely spaced out.

This is a lovely place to go as a treat or for a celebration. I would highly recommend it!
Very strong French base with Asian touch. Impeccable service and good cocktails. The atmosphere is nice and also offers some private dining experiences. Correct price quality ratio considering the 2 stars. Stellar Amuse-bouche.

Limited and expensive wine list as a downside.

Really small venue with amazing service and food. The staff are extremely accommodating, full of banter and very knowledgeable about the menu. They leave enough time between courses so you can digest and not feel rushed. Real cosey vibe. Would recommend the blue fin tar tar for a starter, halibut for main and prunes for dessert. Dishes are well portioned so you don’t leave too full. Quite popular so I’d recommend booking in advance. Great time would definitely go back - one of my all time favourites!

I had dinner here with a friend on Saturday afternoon. I cannot say enough good things about this restaurant. The food is top class. I had the cod starter and the seabass main - both were excellent, both in presentation and in taste.

I rarely eat dessert but we were so kindly allowed to spend hours lingering over our wine that we eventually shared the 'cookie' dessert. Oh my, this was everything a dessert should be - warm, gooey, caramel-ly - utterly delicious, we practically scraped the skillet clean!

Service is wonderful - each member of staff was warm, welcoming, engaging and clearly enjoyed their work and their customers.

I highly, highly recommend this restaurant and cannot wait to return.
Delicious food and good service. The candid beet salad was out of the world. Got a Groupon voucher and was worth it. Would definitely visit again.

Absolutely beautiful restaurant, located on a second floor, I love tables next to big windows, so romantic. I didn’t like cutlery, it was really old and scratched. Also small plate for bread was dirty. Foods were very delicious. Black bread with seeds was amazing. Appetizer with many lil things on it was beautiful. Fish as well.

This restaurant has to be one of the top meals we had on our visit to Dublin. The service was above and beyond, staff was extremely kind, and the food was delicious. Highly recommend if you are looking for a hearty meal :)

Normally, I'm hesitant to book any restaurant affiliated with a hotel, so I'm glad I didn't know this was in the Cassidys Hotel because the meal was excellent.

The smoked salmon arancini appetizer was delicious. The scallop appetizer was delicious with a spicy kick and beautiful with the dry ice presentation. The seabass with prawns and broccoli were perfectly cooked, sauce was a nice flavor. The dark chocolate Bailey's tart with salted caramel ice cream was also perfect.

The service was attentive and polite. The restaurant is an upscale, yet comfortable, ambiance with thoughtfully prepared food.

We came here for the first time for my birthday as it was highly recommended and it didn’t disappoint. The staff were lovely, welcoming and very attentive throughout the night.

It was a bit expensive but the food was delicious from the starters to the dessert. We wish the menu was a bit bigger though my family were hoping for more seafood options for the main but other than that, we had a great time!

Everything was outstanding! Food was out of this world, the service was brilliant, really genuine and engaging. The waitress was also really knowledgeable on all the menu options. Can’t recommend this place enough, also prices are very reasonable for what you get!

Honestly, my favourite restaurant in all of Dublin. After a week of visiting this lovely city, we kept coming back to try more and more items on this menu. The Irish breakfast was exquisite with perfectly cooked eggs and sausage crafted from leek, fennel and pork.
The proper European coffee was excellent, as well. Dinner was always delicious. We tried almost everything on the dinner menu between us and were never disappointed. The quality of the ingredients and the friendly staff make this an easy recommendation. Not to be missed.

Amazing dining experience. The atmosphere is intimate and elegant, however not pretentious. We had amazing service (shout-out to Evan) and the food was delicious. What really stood out was the sommelier, who is not only knowledgeable but also super friendly and entertaining. Last but not least, it's very good value for money.

Was thinking of ordering a pizza from a place that i had never tried before and i was taking this risk that too on a Friday night ..but to my surprise the pizzas were just AMAZING! What can i say i was soo satisfied after having these wholesome pizzas loaded with cheese and filling with the base being soo fresh. Will definitely order again. A must try. Cheers

We had a booking for 5PM today, ordered salmon and salad for starters and beef cheek for mains. As you can see on photos attached the presentation is perfect. Taste is great but the highlight was staff working there. They made sure we lack nothing and made us feel welcome. Thank you for the experience and we'll be back. Needless to say we can recommend it.

Lovely experience of the Christmas 3-course dinner menu. Went in on a busy Saturday night but the service was really nice and quick! The seafood chowder is a meal itself! And the pheasant main was yum. Would visit again without doubt!

What a great little find. Awesome atmosphere in an old wine cellar. Place was clean and cozy. Staff was excellent and the food was great. Watch a local game on t.v. and had dinner. Many beer and wine to choose from.

Food not so great and rather expensive 😬 but staff exceptionally friendly and so helpful with entertaining the kids with balloons and coloring books.

Food is delicious and worth the price, I paid 6.50 for this takeaway box of chicken shawarma. Delicious! (salad was hidden under the fries) the meat is flavourful and well cooked, the fries are fresh and the veggies are clean and cripsy. I always come in here when I know I'm very hungry after classes and want to be perfectly full. I've tried their pizzas before, not the best but given their cheap price, fantastic nonetheless :)

The service and knowledge of the staff was incredible. I had a beer that only exists at the cellar bar, the Monck House Red Ale and it was incredible.

The whole bar exists in the cellar of the Merrion Hotel and creates this amazing close and intimate atmosphere or a nice quiet place to have a conversation and some excellent drinks. I would highly recommend a stop here every time visiting Dublin.

Very nice restaurant. Ambiance is a bit austere, but the food is fantastic and reasonably priced 31 Euro for a the course meal. I would have given 5 stars but the tuna was away too salty. This was one of the few times we did send the food back. The second time it was better. The desert was great. A tip, the is an early bird menu that is even better price quality. You have to arrive before 19:15.
