Egret Property Management

Since 2020, Egret Property has scheduled dumpster pickups, teams of leaf blowers, and street sweepers DIRECTLY behind our fence Monday through Friday anywhere from midnight till 4AM. We have repeatedly asked for them to schedule this type of maintenance at hours that do not violate the City of Austin's Noise ordinance which is from 10:30 to 7am however they do not care. This building is empty on weekends during the day but for some reason Egret feels it is appropriate to schedule this type of maintenance during the school week in the middle of the night. Egret still schedules overnight maintenance feet away from our backyard and our baby's bedroom window. Last night their maintenance crew was out there at midnight and their dumpsters emptied at 4am. When I drove over to ask why they were doing this activity in the middle of the night, they drove away! Egret Property Management are Bad Neighbors and consistently violate city and state law.

EGRET PROPERTY MANAGEMENT IS A BAD NEIGHBOR AND ABUSING OUR NEIGHBORHOOD WITH OVERNIGHT CLEANINGS AND TRASH BIN SERVICING AT 1AM ON SCHOOL NIGHTS. We have asked them respectfully for two years to resechedule their trash pick up and parking cleanings, but their property manager refuses. The crews wake up our kids every night emptying trash bins and cleaning the lot. We haven't slept well in two years. We have asked again and again and are told they will not help and we need to buy noise machines for our kids rooms. The facility is closed on Sundays and they could schedule cleanings then but simply refuse. This is the next step in escalation until they start respecting our families and our neighborhood. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH EGRET THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT PEOPLE.
