If you want to have to wait for them to fix multiple errors and gaslight you then this is your place. Called to see if my plaque was ready and was told it was, then at pickup had to wait 1 hour for them to do the engraving. Got back and they had the incorrect picture, which they told me I requested and I 100 percent did not. The same incorrect picture got placed into another plaque my office ordered 2 days prior by the same framing employee. Was told I had to wait another 20 mins for him to replace the picture. Spoke to the manager and he tried to tell me the plaque was done but that the one other customer they had in there at the time was slowing down the work, even though the plaque engraving was not at all done when I showed up. Neither the manager or the employee ever admitted any sort of fault for the incorrect info, the incomplete product, the extended wait, using the wrong picture, or trying to gaslight me into thinking that I was the problem.

Excellent service, high quality frames. Fully-customizable. Shop owner is very friendly and even speaks many languages. Store plans to move to nearby Pentagon Row location for more convenient access.

We had a shadow box created as one of our memorial items for our beloved dog. There were several items that we wanted to place in the shadow box that were awkward to organize and layout. In order to make things symmetrical and tight we decided to work w Mike & staff at Crystal Framing. Mike and the staff consistently responded and took care of our questions. During the decision process we felt calm and not overwhelmed since there were many choices to make for custom framing. The process felt easy for us when deciding bc of all the wisdom we received from Crystal Framing Gallery in order to choose the frame, mats, glass etc... a potentially overwhelming process was easy.

Also, trusting our precious keepsakes were in safe hands gave us peace of mind, which means a lot to me. They delivered gentleness and care towards the fragile items, which is important too. Lastly the shadow box came out better looking than what I imagined.

Parking was easy inside the garage, which is free on the weekends. Plus the store validates if it's outside of the free parking timeframe.

The framing shop is in sort of like a mall type of building so there's no store front to the street to enter.

We communicated via email, phone and text, which was convenient too.
