The staff needs to work on acknowledging the pick-up order customers when we arrive to pick up our orders or place a shelf where we can grab our own orders. There are too many times where I and other pickup customers have been INTENTIONALLY ignored by staff while they consistently prioritize the customers in line. I should NOT have to wait until the line dies down to finally get addressed for a mobile order that is supposed to defeat the purpose of me waiting in a long line! Please address this with staff & make the necessary improvements!

This location has gone down hill. Last Wednesday I placed an order on the app for pick up at around 11:15 AM. I got a notification at 11 AM that the food was ready. This is not why I’m giving a 1 star review. When I picked up the order I noticed that a couple of drinks were missing. I pointed this out with the emailed receipt that I had but was called a liar numerous times because they pointed out that the paper receipt didn’t show the two drinks. It shouldn’t matter what your system shows on the paper receipt, if my emailed receipt shows that there are drinks missing then I want the drinks that I paid for. I might not come back here again unless they do a complete overhaul and retrain staff on customer service because calling the customer a liar even after they show proof that they’re not lying is a big no no.

How is that they run out of food and it will take 45 mins before it will be filled? Food is always good and service is good also.

I love Panda Express… I was really hungry and excited to eat my chow mien and Orange chicken. My food got here and after opening it I was so disappointed…. I asked for chow mein and these delusional broke workers gave me onions instead… Portions of the food is terrible. Idk if these guys are blind or what but whatever they’re smoking ima need some. Tf am I gonna do with onions man look at the picture below smh. Smh give the right amount of food @@sholes it’s not like ur paying for it. And next time I find out my food is messed up I’m going around the corner and serving my self.

My wife and kid asked for beef broccoli, the amount of broccoli vs the amount of beef was noticeably, there was hardly any beef on both served portions. When I asked the manager to take a look at how we got the servings she said that we had gotten a lot of beef!!!! Compared to the standard that they’re supposed to serve. See the picture and judge for your self, definitely not coming back.

Horrible first time experience, noodles looked like uncooked ramen noodles. Food had no flavor. Threw it away, never know til you try though, and biggest thing was employees on cellphones then handling food and no gloves
