Jeanette and team were amazing to work with! From planning months in advance to event day, she made everything seamless and brought our vision to life for our dad’s surprise 60th birthday party. Everyone complimented the decor and set up! I really appreciate her and her team being flexible with us and ensuring we had a lovely experience. My only feedback was that the catered jerk chicken was a little too spicy for some of my guests but otherwise, the food was amazing!

I would highly recommend Premier 718 to anyone having an event. I even had some guests asking who the owner was. 10/10 the place to book and I’d host an event there again in a heartbeat.

Fabulous place for any occasion.

Jeanette the owner is very unprofessional. I book this place from January for an event in September. I tried reaching out to Jeanette from June to present and she never respond to me. However I came in contact with Fritz who told me she’s going through a time right now but I have no worries, he take care of me from now. Days later he admits this place is set to close the end of July after me hearing it from near by venue owner, Three weeks later Fritz says we won the case in court the place is up in running. I ask to speak with Jeanette and/or update my contract for reassurance, Fritz says okay but a week later still nothing. My aunt called Jeanette she answered, when I called no reply at all. I now speak with Fritz to see if she have an issue with me because she didn’t answer my call this isn’t business like and unprofessional. He says if I feel that way he’ll send me my money, so I was basically forced out the Contract. They played a lot of games and seem as if they double book the space for my date!
Now My daughter Sweet 16 plans are ruined and this not the end of it!
Point is you don’t conduct business like this and if the money was non refundable why they gave mines back to easy.

Just had my Birthday party here last week and let me tell you this venue was everything I could have wanted and more! From the decor to the food and service eve thing was top notch! Jeanette the owner was such a sweetheart and accommodating! She took care of everything and the night went beyond smooth! I love Premier 718. Happy Birthday to me!!

Nice Event space. Accessible entrance for wheelchairs was a plus. Would definitely recommend this place to Family and Friends.

Last night I attended a sweet 16 and let me tell you I will definitely have to get this spot for my birthday . The staff was super friendly and the place oh my god breathtaking
