Eisler Chemist accidentally sent me a shave oil instead of the cologne I had ordered. I had purchased it has a wedding present for my fiance for our wedding and had it shipped directly to an engraver. When I received the item and realized they had sent the wrong item a promptly called them up and explained the situation. Not only did they send a new one the next day they also understood that I was having to pay to engage the item twice and kindly full refunded me calling it a wedding gift. They really went above and beyond to fix the situation. Thank you!

Old school personable pharmacy and staff! They know all of their customers by name and provide wholehearted, individualized care to each and every person!

Attempted to put in a verbal order for a patient as my electronic medical record system was down. He asked me what the medication was for. After learning what the medications were, it was decided that he will not fill the medication. I am sorry, but you do not make the determination if the medication is necessary for the patient or not. These were generic/ non-controlled substance medication. The two individuals whom i spoke with on 2/13/2023 said it is not possible to take a verbal order and hung up. This is quite disappointing and an incredible inconvenience for the patient.

So reliable, caring, and honest. You are family there. Yesterday I went in to buy a product and the fellow working there suggested a home remedy for the problem I was having, warmly steering me away from buying something that would be less effective. I left the store having spent no money but with the knowledge I needed for a cure. They are always so helpful and the products are great.

Do not waste your time with this company. I ordered Visbiome and they sent it in a small package with a small icepack (See photo). The bottle Temp was almost 91 degrees! I emailed them about this and got a rather cocky response from Nathan which read, "The product is perfectly fine it can stay outside of the fridge up two weeks in room temperature as stated by the Manufacture website". The pure lack of knowledge from eisler chemist is a joke. The Visboime website says temperature spikes over 86 degrees degrades the bacteria. I emailed that to Nathan. He replied that he would send me a return label to return the product, and he would ship a new one to me. He never did. After a long delay I emailed NATHAN and asked where my product was. He replied he refunded me. Then I saw a refund in my email a few minutes later. You have to wonder if someone ordering that product is going to get the same damaged product that I returned. Stay away from this place. HORRIBLE customer service, lack of knowledge and clearly dishonest!

I ordered 4 specially flavored toothpastes from the site because I'm an adult who needs a fluoride formula that does not contain any mint or menthol products in them. Neither the online descriptions or the list of ingredients had any mention of it. But when I finally got them they had been a little mangled in the mail and out in the hot sun. When I tore open the envelope I was overwhelmed by a strong mint smell. To get a refund I had to make a claim with my bank. Eisler customer service was very rude and dismissive.
