My slices n’ stix and crazy bread were great tasting and fresh. However staff would not give me the crazy sauce included in my slices n’ stix order, said it was an extra cost. Staff who took my order was nice. In my opinion I feel staff with long hair making food should not only have it tied back but it also should be in a hair net, braid or a bun. A dangling ponytail over food is not very appealing.
Got the Chicago deep dish pizza on April 18, 2023. This was the worst tasting pizza I can remember having from this location. We previously have enjoyed the Chicago deep dish pizza from the Highland Road store location and have been ordering pizzas from this location for about 40 years. After this bad experience we are seriously considering never ordering another pizza from store.
The pizza and crazy bread is prepared well with the exception of someone working the ovens not reading 'custom instructions' properly. When you order "no sauce", the person should NOT be putting sauce on the pizza at all. Please read carefully when it is a CUSTOM order. Otherwise the food is good.
I think the pizza is good but my husband doesn't care for it so it depends on your taste. They have definitely gone up in price unfortunately.
The guy was really rude and had a careless attitude. I am a regular , never had any issue until today. The girls were amazing. He didn't greet . Felt like it was targeted. Was wearing a jogger which was pulled up - not at all professional . I was in the line first n he apologized to the person behind me that i took their turn which was weird.
Love their pepperoni pizza! And cheese filled crust.

We call this pizza Mr. Average. Definately better than their ' Hot & Ready', which made us very happy, but pretty much everything you expect. Crust was on the thick side, but nice bready taste. Cheese coverage was good. Sauce was too spaghettish, but pep was nice and crisp. Overall, cheaper ingredients, cheaper tasting pizza... Pizza.
